DNC, Wasserman-Schultz Claim They Were Not Aware Clinton Paid For Dossier

Not wanting to contaminate themselves with the spilling of the Clinton paid dirt file obtained via a British spy to try and damage President Trump, the DNC, and its former chairman, Debbie Wasserman-Schultz, was quick to point out that this was done without their knowledge.

As you know, the Washington Post brought the bombshell report that the Clinton Presidential campaign and the Democratic Party had put together a million dollar budget to pay the law firm of Perkins Coie (home of the Democratic lawyer Mr. Marc Elias) so he could obtain a memo written by British spy Christopher Steele.

Said memo is of course center ground in the Russian collusion investigation and now appears to have been a planted dud inserted into national politics by the Clintons and the Democratic party to try and damage the President and the GOP.

Their communications director, Miss Xochitl Hinojosa was quick to point out that the new DNC Chairman, who replaced Ms. Wasserman Schultz as from this year, had absolutely no knowledge of this, saying: “Tom Perez and the new leadership of the DNC were not involved in any decision-making regarding Fusion GPS, nor were they aware that Perkins Coie was working with the organization. But let’s be clear, there is a serious federal investigation into the Trump campaign’s ties to Russia, and the American public deserves to know what happened.”

Meanwhile the ousted former chairwoman Wasserman Schultz herself did not react, but let a spokesman, Mr. David Damron make the claim that she, even though she was the DNC chair at the time and it was her party that put together the money for the file, didn’t know anything: “She was not aware of anything related to this research arrangement.”

To many political observers, it looks like the Democratic party is trying to put this hot apple straight back in the hands of the Clintons.

Former Clinton campaign spokesman Mr. Brian Fallon, knowing that investigators will soon be knocking on his door as well, admitted on CNN that Clinton “may have known” about the dossier, however, “the degree of exactly what she knew is beyond my knowledge."

As the saying goes, the chickens are coming home to roost.
