Police in Everett, Washington say a Mount Vernon woman who works as an escort shot a man in the back of the head after he performed oral sex wrong.
21-year-old Marissa Elizabeth Wallen of Mount Vernon was arrested Friday on charges of first-degree assault and first-degree robbery in Snohomish County Superior Court.
Prosecutors say Wallen admitted to shooting the 36-year-old man on October 21 and taking his wallet. Wallen then spent $12,000 using his credit cards in Skagit County in the days following the shooting.
The police were notified of the man's absence by the victim's employer when he didn't log on to work that day. Everett police say his mother also called 911 with concerns.
Police arrived at the man's home and found no signs of forced entry and upon entering the home they found him sitting up against a wall in the master bedroom with dried blood on his head.
The incident report says the victim was awake but unable to speak. The victim was taken to Providence Medical Center in Everett where a CT scan revealed two bullets inside of his brain.
