The Goldwater reported on a teacher's aide and track coach arrested in southern Maryland after a 206-count indictment was returned against him in July. Now, M. Carlos Deangelo Bell has pleaded guilty to over two dozen child sex abuse charges and admitted to trying to transfer HIV to students.

Some of Bell's victims were even as young as 11 and 17 years old. The state's attorney's office says some students have been tested and they have not found a victim that has tested positive yet. The pedophile worked as a track coach at Maurice J. McDonough High School in Waldorf where he even recorded some of his assaults that took place on school grounds.
Bell also worked at J.P. Ryon and William B. Wade elementary schools in Waldorf and Benjamin Stoddert Middle School in Temple Hills. He was removed from his position at the middle school in December 2016 after authorities began investigating inappropriate texts he sent to a student. That was just the begging. Unfortunately, a long history of sexual assaults on children was documented on his phone but not until months later because of a backlog at the Maryland State Police forensics lab.
The vile predator was able to continue his perversions unchecked for far too long. His trial began Monday and he is facing more than 200 child abuse offenses including sexual abuse of a minor, filming child pornography and attempted transmission of HIV. Bell's sentencing is set to take place March 28 but the exact terms of his plea deal are unknown.

Then given the option of State Assisted Suicide ( Death Penalty) to avoid prison.
