In Nabokov’s famous novel Lolita, a middle-aged man marries a woman his own age as simply because he is infatuated with her younger, teenage daughter. In the novel, both of them run away together, which is probably every pedophile’s dream.
The book was met with scandal and criticism, but became a worldwide phenomenon, nonetheless, as it laid bare a problem that has haunted mankind for the ages: the lust of older men for younger girls.
Such was also the case for an Australian man from Brisbane who has now been jailed after his family discovered that he had made collages via photoshop using the head of his teenage stepdaughter onto the pornographic images of other women.
The 51-year-old appeared before a judge earlier this week after having been arrested in September 2015, caught by customs officers with around 100 images on hard drives in his luggage as he returned from a trip to South Africa.
On the pictures, one could see the head of the girl at age 13 pasted onto the bodies of adult women engaged in sexual acts with the man himself. Furthermore, he had created images of her engaged in bestiality.
Via his lawyer, the man explained to the court that he only had created the images after his stepdaughter had become sexually active and had taken a boyfriend. Thus, he did so because he was morally outraged about her blossoming sexuality.
Brisbane District Court Judge Leanne Clare said: “On material that I currently have before me, I find your client’s explanation not credible.”
“Perhaps you were jealous of her interest in other people, but what you did was hardly an act of parental concern.”

Morally outraged…phhhhttt… guy is a sicko. That said, if I'm not mistaken, Australia may go a tad too far. I think they won't even allow girls to be in porn unless they're at least a solid C cup or so else someone might IMAGINE they're teenagers. That may be a step too far into "crimethink" territory.
