Prince: Doctor Pays $30k To Settle “Illegal Drug” Prescriptions

Carver County Attorney Mr Mark Metz declared that no one would face criminal charges in the investigation of Prince’s death after it became known that his personal physician, Dr Michael Todd Schulenberg, had settled for an amount of $30,000 to close a federal civil violation, according to documents that were made public yesterday.

In a letter to his attorney, Federal prosecutors declared that Dr Schulenberg is not currently a target of any criminal investigation.

Meanwhile Dr Schulenberg’s lawyer, Ms Amy Conners, also released a statement claiming that ‘‘there have been no allegations made by the Government that Dr. Schulenberg had any role in Prince’s death.’’

The detail comes just after video was released on the internet showing the singer visiting his doctor on April 20th of this year, just at the moment that some of his closest friends said they were becoming concerned about his declining health.

Just one day later, on April 21, the 57-year-old pop superstar suffered a fatal drug overdose.

Also released were a stash of pictures, documents and videos which all showed the great level of substance abuse by the singer.
