Breaking: Fired Deputy FBI Director McCabe to Sue Trump for Defamation and Wrongful Termination

In a sign of repetition and premeditated narrative - the fired FBI Deputy Director - Andrew McCabe - has announced through his attorney that he's filing a lawsuit against the 45th President of the United States of America - Donald J. Trump - alleging wrongful termination and defamation.

James Comey just threw Andrew McCabe “under the bus.” Inspector General’s Report on McCabe is a disaster for both of them! Getting a little (lot) of their own medicine?
— Donald J. Former Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe was actually terminated by Attorney General Jeff Sessions, making the latter part of this lawsuit, wrongful termination completely meaningless. Not to mention the fact that half of Congress agrees that McCabe is both a liar and a criminal.

In fact, he's been referred for criminal charges, alleging that he lied under oath, which can be easily proven by viewing the report from the Office of the Inspector General, via Michael Horowitz.

Michael Bromwich, the unfortunate soul who has the displeasure of defending now-fired Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe, confirmed the lawsuit to reporters on Friday in Washington, DC.

The Swamp has been put on notice.
The deep state has been put on notice.
The anti-Trump special counsel has been put on notice.

All of the dark secrets and skeleton’s are coming to light. After an online campaign through GoFundMe to raise money for his legal defense, McCabe received overwhelming support from the liberals of America, who seem to view the criminality and corrupt behavior of the fired FBI Director as being heroic, rather than acknowledging that McCabe lied to investigators on several occasions.

A stunning $500,000 was raised for McCabe’s defense, but he's most likely going to need that to post bail after he's taken into custody for lying under oath.

The OIG broke the news about a criminal referral for Andrew McCabe on Thursday, which some would imply that the fundraiser from McCabe was actually meant to be used as his criminal defense fund since he clearly knew he had violated the law.

The United States Attorney for the District of Columbia now has the referral from lawmakers to bring charges against McCabe.

This lawsuit, announced today, is likely both a distraction and a delay of the inevitable. A power play from McCabe to ensure that when he's arrested he can scream afoul towards the Trump Administration and the Justice Department.

It's blatantly obvious what's occurring, but for McCabe, there is no escaping justice, that he can rest assured of.

Andrew McCabe lied to his FBI superiors not once. Not twice. Not three times. He lied four times–multiple times under oath.

The criminal referral from the IG is the right decision. It's about time we have some accountability for this type of conduct at the Justice Department.
— Mark Meadows (@RepMarkMeadows) April 19, 2018

Even the nearly defunct Federal Bureau of Investigation, still filled with “swamp dwellers,” has tried to protect Andrew McCabe by refusing to hand over text messages from the now-terminated FBI Deputy Director.

FBI Hasn't Produced a SINGLE Andrew McCabe Text Message: Who's Protecting Him and Why?#ObamaGate#FBI#FBICorruption#QAnon#GreatAwakening#TuesdayThoughts#TuesdayMotivationhttps://t.co/K6sbkrOhWo
— Red Pill (@IWillRedPillU) March 13, 2018

According to Inspector General Michael Horowitz, “McCabe lacked candor, including under oath, on multiple occasions in connection with describing his role in connection with a disclosure to the WSJ.”

Andrew McCabe’s attorney has now tried to argue that he was somehow “ambushed’ by OIG investigators, yet they fail to make mention of that being exactly what Andrew McCabe’s team did to General Michael Flynn at the White House.

Since McCabe Lied Under Oath THREE times, he should be indicted!! There is some extreme irony in a top FBI agent complaining about law enforcement officials ambushing him with questions he didn't feel like answering. Bless your heart, Andy McCabe.

Not only does the OIG report say that Andrew McCabe lied under oath to FBI Agents, but that he lied to OIG investigators on two additional occasions, and even lied to the FBI Director Christopher Wray.

If there's a grain of justice in this world, Andrew McCabe will face criminal charges for his decision to lie under oath to FBI Agents, and potentially face charges for his efforts to cover up his past actions as well.

You can view the entirety of the report from Inspector General Michael Horowitz below:

The American people aren't sorry Andy, your time is up. Not only did you violate the law, but you betrayed the oath of office taken in defending the rule of law in your own country.

This lawsuit isn't going to do anything outside of delay the inevitable. Andrew McCabe will be going to jail, and if he doesn't make a deal to testify, he's going to prison, where he belongs.

They will figure out a way to limit the damage of very many going to jail, and very brief terms , if any!

It was 15 years ago but I was in Argentina. I was a waitress at an expresso shop. Donald and I had a brief coffee affair for a month or so.. it was really nothing to write home about.. we both enjoyed it and that's all that mattered.
