It's gems like these that make me glad I have an ideologically diverse Twitter feed:
“'Sleepy eyes'” is an anti Semitic term that was and is stilled used by neo- nazis groups relating to “how to spot a Jew.” Donald Trump just used anti semitic terminology against a Jewish reporter. Why are people not talking about this?"

She’s confusing “wary and piercing eyes” from Streicher’s “Der Giftpilz” with “sleepy eyes.” Talk about a stretch.</p>— Elliott Hamilton (@ElliottRHams) <a href="https://twitter.com/ElliottRHams/status/988273587466448896?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">April 23, 2018</a></blockquote>

Oh wow, really, so the guy who the Sanhedrin is comparing to f-ing <b>Cyrus</b> is an anti-semite? Geez, a whole lot of Jews and Israelis would disagree with you there. This reminds me of when they tried to say Stephen Miller was an anti-Semite for using the "dog whistle word" cosmopolitan. At no point in most of the articles alleging Miller was anti-Semitic did any of the reporters in question find it important to note that Miller is, himself, a Jew.
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-lang="en"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">Sleepy Eyes Chuck Todd of Fake News NBC just stated that we have given up so much in our negotiations with North Korea, and they have given up nothing. Wow, we haven’t given up anything & they have agreed to denuclearization (so great for World), site closure, & no more testing!</p>— Donald J. Trump is, in fact, quite beloved in Israel since supporting the embassy move from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. So much so that the recently reconstituted Sanhedrin is putting his face on the half-shekel coin.
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-lang="en"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">I'm a 60 yr old Orthodox Jewish woman & have never heard that term used as meaning someone Jewish. And here is straight from the dictionary "Adj.1.sleepy-eyed - ready to fall asleep; "beginning to feel sleepy"; "a sleepy-eyed child with drooping eyelids"; "sleepyheaded students"</p>— Salixj (@Salixj) <a href="https://twitter.com/Salixj/status/988290559524704256?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">April 23, 2018</a></blockquote>

One member of the Twitterati went so far as to claim that ignorance of the potential "slur" was no excuse:
"If Trump DOESN'T honestly know that he's engaged in an anti-Semitic slur, that doesn't make it better, it makes it WORSE."
Compelling logic?
Twitter: #fakenews #Trump #MAGA #sleepyeyes
Johnny, I'd rehire you just so I could have the pleasure of firing your whiny ass again. You sound like Hillary.
Hitler did nothing wrong #Gas Johnny Kiketune immediately!
Seriously, Jews never question nor reflect why the world despises them. Kikes have been banished from over 110 countries!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That post was truly awful. It is painfully obvious that you do not belong here. But that is okay! There is a positive solution. Rather than trying to fit in, you should strongly consider going to a site more suitable for posters like you, such as The Forward, Haaretz, or maybe even The New York Times! You have plenty of options, you will be happy, and we will be happy. Best of luck, but don't come back! Bye!
I'm Jewish, and I've been on this planet a lot longer than most of you. I've heard every fucking slur and insult there is, however SLEEPY EYED is not one of them. It's hilarious watching Jim's worthless 'news organization's try to suggest other news outlets are 'fake news'. Trust me Jim, if Donald Trump met you in real life, he'd think you were a fucking piece of shit. Because that's exactly what you are. You're a fucking worthless little piece of shit.
