Confederate Memorial Day - The South Pays Respect to the Fallen

The “Deep South” in the United States of America - especially Alabama - is one of the most beautiful parts of the entire North American continent - full of elegance and God's glory - and “Southern Pride” as well as “Southern Hospitality - which on Confederate Memorial Day - we give respect to those who fought for freedom in America.

Confederate Memorial Day is celebrated tonight April 23rd of 2018 across the Southern half of the United States of America, and in Alabama and Mississippi, all state offices will be closed in observance of the Confederate soldiers who risked their life and virtue to fight in the Civil War, and defend their honor.

Georgia will also observe the state holiday without closures, although the calendar recognizes Confederate Memorial Day as being on April 26th.

There are three Confederate-related holidays, Robert E. Lee's birthday on third Monday in January (celebrated along with birthday of civil rights leader Martin Luther King); Confederate Memorial Day on fourth Monday in April; and the birthday of Confederate President Jefferson Davis in June.

However, there are many misconceptions about the Confederate Memorial Day and the reasons for which we choose to recognize the loss of the fallen and pay our respects to anyone and everyone who served in the armed forces of the United States of America throughout history.

Those who would attempt to slander this day as one of being racially divisive are uninformed, and sadly that hate more often than not comes from today's liberals.

<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-conversation="none" data-lang="en"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">Yes, the Democrats definitely wanted to keep slavery alive, and that&#39;s a fact-<br><br>Thanks for pointing that out.<br><br>Let us not forget the 1924 Democratic National Convention was also a Ku Klux Klan rally-<br><br>I&#39;m sure you know this though, since you&#39;re so talented at researching history. <a href="https://t.co/q3OeW8LRib">pic.twitter.com/q3OeW8LRib</a></p>&mdash; Red Pill (@IWillRedPillU) <a href="https://twitter.com/IWillRedPillU/status/988478410107379713?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">April 23, 2018</a></blockquote>

Very few of those liberals know that the roots of hate themselves are traced to the Democratic Party, with the Democrats holding their 1924 Democratic National Convention at a Ku Klux Klan rally.

It's the Republican Party which freed slaves, and Republicans and Conservatives who have fought the Democrats for over 200 years to end tyrannical oppression and racism.

<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-lang="en"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">The Party of Hate - the Democratic Party would still have people in chains today if they had their way-<br><br>Republicans ended Slavery, and have spent 200+ years trying to fight against the racism of <a href="https://twitter.com/TheDemocrats?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">@TheDemocrats</a>-<br><br>On this Confederate Memorial Day we continue to fight intolerance- <a href="https://t.co/mVGeYGrnnE">pic.twitter.com/mVGeYGrnnE</a></p>&mdash; Red Pill (@IWillRedPillU) <a href="https://twitter.com/IWillRedPillU/status/988481324553068545?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">April 23, 2018</a></blockquote>

<script async src="https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>.

Republicans, especially those in the South, whose ancestors were likely part of the Confederacy, are responsible for standing with Martin Luther King and those who had a dream of respecting history but creating a better tomorrow for all people in America.

Martin Luther King Jr. once said, “We are not makers of history. We are made by history.”

Those words are ones to hold dear to your heart, and we must respect our history as a nation, not just to revisit it, but to honor those in that time and make our future better than theirs could have been through learning.

There's a genuine effort from Hollywood and liberals to depict the South as being a place of hate, and that's the furthest thing from the truth.

<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-lang="en"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">Barack Obama was right about one thing:<br><br>We proudly cling to our guns and Bible in the South.<br><br>There&#39;s no shame in it either, for only those two things can bring you both liberation and protection. <br><br>Confederate Memorial Day</p>&mdash; Red Pill (@IWillRedPillU) <a href="https://twitter.com/IWillRedPillU/status/988476917035798534?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">April 23, 2018</a></blockquote>

<script async src="https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>

God and country are two of the most important values to Southerners, and yes, <i>we cling to our guns and our Bibles</i>, and there's no shame in doing so.

We also respect our ancestors, many of whom fought in the Civil War and lost their lives. They're soldiers in America's armed forces and should always be recognized as such, fighting to defend their rights and families.

<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-lang="en"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">Hollywood stereotypes depict the South as a place it&#39;s not-<br><br>It&#39;s a place where God-loving Christians of every color and creed come together to Make America Great Again, so that our children and our families can grow up in a virtuous world, together as one, United as Americans. <a href="https://t.co/uFTUFR0LNX">pic.twitter.com/uFTUFR0LNX</a></p>&mdash; Red Pill (@IWillRedPillU) <a href="https://twitter.com/IWillRedPillU/status/988474320748994560?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">April 23, 2018</a></blockquote>

<script async src="https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>

There's no shame in honoring those men, who of every color and creed fought to protect liberty, many of whom would later continue to serve in the armed forces after the war.

The South is a united place, despite the attempts from the Democratic Party and Hollywood to perpetuate racial stereotypes which are nonexistent.

<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-lang="en"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">It&#39;s Confederate Memorial Day<br><br>We pay respect to those who fought for country w/ pride &amp; honor &amp; those who lost their lives in service<br><br>Despite what liberals will tell you, <a href="https://twitter.com/hashtag/SouthernHospitality?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">#SouthernHospitality</a> &amp; <a href="https://twitter.com/hashtag/SouthernPride?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">#SouthernPride</a> is not about racism, it&#39;s about love and respect.<a href="https://twitter.com/hashtag/RollTide?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">#RollTide</a> <a href="https://twitter.com/hashtag/Alabama?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">#Alabama</a> <a href="https://t.co/9CMGsItPQU">pic.twitter.com/9CMGsItPQU</a></p>&mdash; Red Pill (@IWillRedPillU) <a href="https://twitter.com/IWillRedPillU/status/988465036820647948?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">April 23, 2018</a></blockquote>

<script async src="https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>

In the South, the values of our forefathers and righteous men and women remain strong between all people, as the color of a person's skin isn't an issue that is ever brought up outside of liberals using it for propaganda purposes.

Most forget it was the Democratic Party who not only founded hate and divisional sects such as the Ku Klux Klan but continue to push ill will against not only minorities but all Americans in general because those who are suffering or oppressed are easily controlled.

<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-lang="en"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">new ideas will no longer be condemned by the masses. We are on the frontier of massive change. Starting from breaking out of our mental prisons.</p>&mdash; KANYE WEST (@kanyewest) <a href="https://twitter.com/kanyewest/status/988456198599929856?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">April 23, 2018</a></blockquote>

<script async src="https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>

That sentiment of being enslaved by the lies of the party of hate is ending. New ideas are being formulated all across the nation, as people want to stand for the American flag, respect the foundation of this country, and honor those who have served and lost their lives in our history.

Which is one of the many reasons that Confederate Memorial Day is so important to America because we must respect the veterans of our armed services for their courage and honor the ones who didn't survive to see the end?

Only can we turn the page when we learn from the past, and not ignore it. History teaches us valuable lessons and brings pride to America in witnessing the birth and struggles of our nation as well as the evolution of our country as a whole.

In the South, we understand this. For the rest of the country, you're witnessing a revolution, a new <i>“Great Awakening</i> is occurring.

So we not only give thanks to our ancestors, but we learn from their struggles to Make America Great Again, through the evolution of thought, and the respect for every event that cannot be erased from our history.

Enlighten yourselves to REAL HISTORICAL CIVIL WAR FACTS .

Read the "Corwin Amendment"

It will surprise you that a US Constitutional Amendment allowing the NORTH & SOUTH to keep Slaves was passed by the US CONGRESS and the Signed off on by the US President and Approved by incoming Lincoln … It was and still out there awaiting State ratification … Since it had NO EXPIRATION DATE. BTW: it was written and sponsored by 2 Northern Politicians
