A 19-year-old Virginia man who tied up and raped a 14-year-old girl after they attended a school play will not go to jail. A Virginia judge decided not to impose prison time for pedophile rapist Logan Osborn.

Chesterfield Circuit Judge T.J. Hauler sentenced Osborn to 10 years in prison with eight of those years suspended. Wednesday, Hauler decided to stay the execution of the two-years he was supposed to serve because the guidelines did not call for incarceration. How is it that there are people serving life in prison for marijuana-related charges yet a convicted and sadist child rapist is allowed to walk free?
Prosecutors made a deal with Osborn that they would not pursue a forcible sodomy indictment if he pleaded guilty to having carnal knowledge of the girl. According to Osborn's attorney, the victim consented to be tied up and raped but prosecutor Erin Barr argued that because of her age she could not legally consent.

The family of the victim told prosecutor Barr they are disappointed that Osborn won't serve a day in prison.

IF we are getting all the Info & Facts. Then the VA Supreme Court or State Appeals Court needs to vacate his sentence. Plus a judicial review of the judge is in order.
It seems ridiculous that teenage girls under age 18 are not even considered anything, and a 19 year old kid can still face jail time. The law doesn't realize how close in maturity those two ages really are.
Judge is possibly of the same mindset as this monster 😡
