Colorado - Baker Sues Again To Have the Freedom Not to Bake for Trannies

The Colorado baker who made the news earlier this year after winning what could perhaps serve as a landmark Supreme Court case over whether he can refuse service for same-sex weddings is at it again. This time he is suing the state anew for violating his religious rights by pushing him to bake a cake for a transgender woman.

Masterpiece Cakeshop owner Jack Phillips is suing the state and Colorado officials. The case stems from a June 2017 incident when the transgender lawyer, Autumn Scardina, requested the cake with a pink-and-blue design to celebrate her birthday and her anniversary of coming out as trans.

Masterpiece informed the transgender lawyer that the store does not make cakes that celebrate gender transitions. She opted to sue, and Colorado officials in June of the same year decided there was “sufficient evidence” for her discrimination claim. The decision even directed the lawyer and Masterpiece Cakeshop to “compulsory mediation.”

Phillips vehemently contested the decision and cited his own religious beliefs for refusing to serve the order request of Scardina. He said then: “I know the Bible says that God created male and female and that we don’t get to choose that. And I don’t feel like the government has a right to compel me to participate in creating a cake that promotes that message.”

Phillips won his Supreme Court case earlier this year from the 2012 incident. The ruling, in that case, was viewed by some, especially leftists, as “narrow.” They said the ruling focused on how the state had unfairly treated Phillips and claimed that it did not quite decide that his religious beliefs empowered him to bypass Colorado anti-discrimination law including discrimination against gay people.

Justice Anthony Kennedy, who wrote the majority opinion stated then: “The outcome of cases like this in other circumstances must await further elaboration in the courts, all in the context of recognizing that these disputes must be resolved with tolerance, without undue disrespect to sincere religious beliefs, and without subjecting gay persons to indignities when they seek goods and services in an open market.”

The narrow ruling is said to make it unclear just how Phillips would fare if his latest claim reached the Supreme Court. He has good prospects, however, with the imminent retirement of Kennedy likely to be replaced by an even more conservative justice.

Colorado happens to be in the minority of states that explicitly prohibit discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity. In other states, Phillip’s refusal to serve LGBTQ people in different instances may not even require a religious exemption, and he will be free to do so as he pleases- serve those he wants as he sees fit, and ignore those he does not feel like accommodating.

There is also some discussion going on on social media, some siding with Phillips, others saying he is an anti-LGBTQ community.

As we know Transgenderism is Medically documented Mental illness called GID .

Dr. Paul R. McHugh, Distinguish Service Professor at John Hopkins University and former psychiatrist-in-chief for John Hopkins Hospital, has just released his findings pertaining to transgenderism. He has studied transgendered people for over 40 years.

Among his comments: Transgendered men don't become women nor do transgendered women become men. The man becomes a feminized men and the women become masculinized women. They still retain their original gender DNA. Those who want to change their gender suffer from a psychological disorder rather than a biological matter. Gender dysphoria–the official psychiatric term for feeling oneself to be of the opposite sex—belongs in the same family of similar disordered assumptions about the body, such as anorexia nervosa and body dysmorphic disorder.

The treatment should not be directed at the body as with surgery and hormones anymore than one treats obesity-fearing anorexic patients with liposuction. A high percentage of transgendered individuals eventually take their own lives after excitement dies down.

The most follow-up of transgendered people over 30 years and conducted in Sweden showed they committed suicide over 20 times of the comparable peers.

So, one of the top people in the field with over forty years experience says this is a mental disorder.
