Belgium - Drugged Driver Arrested For Getting Blowjob At The Wheel

Proceedings in the Belgian police court of Dendermonde (near Antwerp) were met with laughter when the case of Patrick V.A. (36 years old) from Lokeren and Paris D.B. (42 years old) from Temse was being presented by the local prosecutor.

The car that Mr. Patrick V.A. was driving got pulled over by police as they thought ‘something was happening to his passenger,’ and noticed him swirling on the road.

The police report then states: “His girlfriend, who was sitting in the car as a passenger was performing ‘certain actions’ (aka she was giving him a blowjob) on him whilst Mr. V.A. drove the car.’

Public prosecutor Mr. Dries Tanghe continued: “After several checks, it turned out Mr. V.A. was not in possession of a valid driver’s license and he also tested positive for a forbidden substance. The car he was driving belonged to his girlfriend. She explained she had granted him the controls of the car even though she was aware he did not have a valid driver’s license.”

The ‘scene’ of the loved-up couple was met with a severe judicial sentence. Mr. Patrick V.A. lost his license to drive for the next decade and will have to pay a €6,400 fine. If he doesn’t pay up, he’ll be met with an additional year of losing his driver’s license.

Police Judge Mr. Peter D’Hondt proclaimed: “The consequences of your actions could have been very severe should you have pushed the gas pedal instead of the break during this ‘commotion’. A driver is supposed to be focused on the road 100% at all times and it is clear this was not the case. One thing is certain, you both would have saved a great deal of money have done this in a bed instead of a car.”

Passenger Paris D.B received a €2,400 fine. Mr. Patrick V.A. had another judicial case pending for drugs and theft.
