Left-stream media is once again crying in fear over the increased speculation that Supreme Court Of The United States Justice Kenny may retire on Monday.
Such a scenario would give President Trump and other immediate option to appoint a SCOTUS Justice further tipping the scales in favor of Conservatism.
As a Ronald Reagan appointee, Justice Anthony Kennedy is the senior-most Justice on the SCOTUS. While being a Republican he's considered a moderate, who's often voted in favor of liberal ordeals.
Kennedy has always said that abortion is a right protected by the Constitution and also been in favor of Gay Rights, two topics which have angrily upset Conservatives for his support over.
A replacement for Kennedy could be crucial to the extent of pushing Conservatism back into American society, especially during a time where liberal ideology has destroyed traditional values.
At 80 years old the Justice has often been the swing vote role that sways many decisions. Conservatives are encouraging the retirement while Liberals are in shock and fear of such an occurrence.
Amidst growing speculations Kennedy would retire, MSNBC’s Chris Hayes tweeted, “Just a reminder: there's a chance Kennedy announces his retirement on Monday, paving the way for the end of Roe.”
Liberals have been angrily storming across social media as they now realize their half-century-long reign of disaster is coming to an end. Conservatives, however, see this as “Morning in America” as they can begin to focus on the sunrise of a new day.
It's usually commonplace for SCOTUS Justices to announce retirement at the end of spring or early summer, following the conclusion of the annual October to June SCOTUS session.
Several prominent Republicans have recently stated they expect another vacancy this summer.
The Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, Senator Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, said he expected to see another vacancy on the court this summer as well. “I have no way of knowing who it is, it’s just a very general rumor for the last six months around Washington, and I assume it’s somebody in their late 70s or early 80s,” Grassley told reporters.
Also, Senator Ted Cruz, R-Texas., at the Conservative Political Action Conference, said that “I think we’ll have another Supreme Court vacancy this summer,” Cruz said, adding that if Kennedy were to step down, the left “will go full Armageddon meltdown.”
President Trump has already proven to push his nominees through intense vetting procedures and on Monday we will know for sure if he gets to make another historic nomination to the SCOTUS.

You do know, in the hypothetical scenario, that there were Russian meddling it would still require a lengthy impeachment process. And Republicans as a majority can block the impeachment. And after maybe 18 months if it does pass and the conservative heavy Supreme Court accepts it…
