Thought Crime : Department of Justice Demands 1.3 Million Soros Funded Antifa IP Addresses

We live in strange times. That's an understatement. What I'm seeing right now in America is a divide unlike what's ever been witnessed in America, where actions are connected due to the internet within seconds of them being perpetuated.

<img src="https://media.8ch.net/file_store/cad995b188df1993e16d3b82499499c74883c4e99a5b8e57f8246cada73f677d.jpg" style="max-height:640px;max-width:360px;">

Yes, the Civil War was a divide, but the technology to broadcast instantly wasn't a part of that society. Today, it's an information war.

Even worse much of the warfare is taking place in the cyber battlefields, if not being orchestrated from those places.

<img src="https://media.8ch.net/file_store/dbf0e9277f5346718e699c854af732aebbfd4b786e38bd9424f5de64821dde39.jpg" style="max-height:640px;max-width:360px;">

Law and order literally doesn't exist. The laws are on the books, and the only people following them are being trampled upon while those who disobey and break them are allowed to do so as long as they organize in masses.

Yes, it's happening on both sides. There are idiots from every group. There's no denying this.

<img src="https://media.8ch.net/file_store/c8a867603cd6ffd85c0410c5f65b3d2574b066262938671128768b805942f3bb.jpg" style="max-height:640px;max-width:360px;">

However much of the right, AltRight especially have followed the proper procedures to obtain legal permits for their rallies.

I cannot say the same of Antifa and Black Lives Matter who continue to shut down traffic or attack without provocation from what I'm witnessing.

<img src="https://media.8ch.net/file_store/dc9837a4987e3e23179ae167f2ec8ef72564d3bd2951b4929396939a88c6e68b.jpg" style="max-height:640px;max-width:360px;">

Antifa has been responsible for numerous attacks against Trump Supporters at multiple rallies and marches across America. These are just the facts.

Yes there have been tragedies. The events of Charlottesville proved that one person can destroy free speech and take a life. We can't deny this.

<img src="https://media.8ch.net/file_store/8ad61010986d648b343c2fabbc29076ef98a5fa5ed290a73e8d7d71cbb508511.jpg" style="max-height:640px;max-width:360px;">

Essentially those actions ruined the free speech of the rest of those who were in place to peacefully assemble and follow the law.

However the largest failure is that off Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe and the Virginia State Police who allegedly were given a stand down order and allowed the violence to reach the levels of epic an bloodbath that will not soon be forgotten.

<img src="https://media.8ch.net/file_store/627224d9ea5b661bd4483b0755f35ac32f60211d2c8819c4ae2a7407d7b5d4ed.jpg" style="max-height:640px;max-width:360px;">

Regardless, much of this violence was Antifa macing and assaulting men and women who had a legal document to attend.

They should have been protected. They were not. The failure had catastrophic consequences.

It's now left to the Department of Justice and the Federal Government to follow the trail and pick up the pieces and finish the puzzle.

<img src="https://media.8ch.net/file_store/8d3b9cbdd363bb686961c3d8e9e8fd05b2faac7ce71916c05074b1722377839c.png" style="max-height:640px;max-width:360px;">

The problem is the puzzle is much like fine China that's been shattered into a thousand pieces and scattered into the wind.

Every time you manage to use superglue to hold back together what's been collected, you realize there are thousands of pieces that cannot be found.

<img src="https://media.8ch.net/file_store/09b1befcf407d75a6d6f6c8e0beb933db2b47c9add272a87bad92343ddbedd03.jpg" style="max-height:640px;max-width:360px;">

That's what's occurring right now as the Department of Justice has demanded (apparently this has been a covert investigation for some time) that Dreamhost, a company which offers web hosting services, turn over the IP addresses of the website <a href="http://www.disruptj20.org/">disruptj20.org/</a>.

Here's the actual search warrant provided to <a href="https://www.dreamhost.com/blog/we-fight-for-the-users/">DreamHost:</a>

<p style=" margin: 12px auto 6px auto; font-family: Helvetica,Arial,Sans-serif; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; font-size: 14px; line-height: normal; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal; -x-system-font: none; display: block;"> <a title="View DH Search Warrant on Scribd" href="https://www.scribd.com/document/356318478/dh-search-warrant#from_embed" style="text-decoration: underline;" >DH Search Warrant</a> by <a title="View Red Pill's profile on Scribd" href="https://www.scribd.com/user/366983429/Red-Pill#from_embed" style="text-decoration: underline;" >Red Pill</a> on Scribd</p><iframe class="scribd_iframe_embed" src="https://www.scribd.com/embeds/356318478/content?start_page=1&view_mode=scroll&access_key=key-EhE8a6UoOrjz8c8I7B5Z&show_recommendations=true" data-auto-height="false" data-aspect-ratio="0.7773943054357204" scrolling="no" id="doc_62035" width="400" height="600" frameborder="0"></iframe>

DreamHost however has denied to handover this information. They've stated the following on their website:

<h1><i>”We Fight For The Users</i></h1>

<i>”For the past several months, DreamHost has been working with the Department of Justice to comply with legal process, including a Search Warrant (PDF)seeking information about one of our customers’ websites.”</i>

<i>”At the center of the requests is disruptj20.org, a website that organized participants of political protests against the current United States administration. While we have no insight into the affidavit for the search warrant (those records are sealed), the DOJ has recently asked DreamHost to provide all information available to us about this website, its owner, and, more importantly, its visitors.”</i>

<h1><i>”Records Requests”</i></h1>

<i>”DreamHost, like many online service providers, is approached by law enforcement regularly to provide information about customers who may be the subject of criminal investigations. These types of requests are not uncommon; our legal department reviews and scrutinizes each request and, when necessary, rejects and challenges vague or faulty orders.”</i>

<i>”You would be shocked to see just how many of these challenges we’re obligated to mount every year!”</i>

<i>”Chris Ghazarian, our General Counsel, has taken issue with this particular search warrant for being a highly untargeted demand that chills free association and the right of free speech afforded by the Constitution.”</i>

<h1><i>”Demand for Information”</i></h1>

<i>”The request from the DOJ demands that DreamHost hand over 1.3 million visitor IP addresses — in addition to contact information, email content, and photos of thousands of people — in an effort to determine who simply visited the website. (Our customer has also been notified of the pending warrant on the account.)”</i>

<i>”That information could be used to identify any individuals who used this site to exercise and express political speech protected under the Constitution’s First Amendment. That should be enough to set alarm bells off in anyone’s mind.”</i>

<i>”This is, in our opinion, a strong example of investigatory overreach and a clear abuse of government authority.”</i>

<i>”As we do in all such cases where the improper collection of data is concerned, we challenged the Department of Justice on its warrant and attempted to quash its demands for this information through reason, logic, and legal process.”</i>

<i>”Instead of responding to our inquiries regarding the overbreadth of the warrant, the DOJ filed a motion (PDF) in the Washington, D.C. Superior Court, asking for an order to compel DreamHost to produce the records.”</i>

Here's the Motion to show cause DreamHost described above:

<p style=" margin: 12px auto 6px auto; font-family: Helvetica,Arial,Sans-serif; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; font-size: 14px; line-height: normal; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal; -x-system-font: none; display: block;"> <a title="View DH DOJMotiontoShowCause on Scribd" href="https://www.scribd.com/document/356319116/DH-DOJMotiontoShowCause#from_embed" style="text-decoration: underline;" >DH DOJMotiontoShowCause</a> by <a title="View Red Pill's profile on Scribd" href="https://www.scribd.com/user/366983429/Red-Pill#from_embed" style="text-decoration: underline;" >Red Pill</a> on Scribd</p><iframe class="scribd_iframe_embed" src="https://www.scribd.com/embeds/356319116/content?start_page=1&view_mode=scroll&access_key=key-G7B9dKYFbp456iW9Wk54&show_recommendations=true" data-auto-height="false" data-aspect-ratio="0.75" scrolling="no" id="doc_48573" width="400" height="600" frameborder="0"></iframe>

<h1><i>”Our Opposition”</i></h1>

<i>”Last Friday Mr. Ghazarian, with the help of his legal team and outside counsel, filed legal arguments in opposition (PDF) of the DOJ’s request for access to this trove of personally identifiable information.”</i>

<i>”This motion is our latest salvo in what has become a months-long battle to protect the identities of thousands of unwitting internet users. Mr. Ghazarian will attend a court hearing on the matter on August 18 in Washington, D.C.”</i>

<i>”We’ve been working closely with the Electronic Frontier Foundation and their counsel throughout this process. They’ve been nothing but supportive and helpful throughout, and we’re honored to have them in our corner.”</i>

<h1><i>”Why Bother?”</i></h1>

<i>”The internet was founded — and continues to survive, in the main — on its democratizing ability to facilitate a free exchange of ideas. Internet users have a reasonable expectation that they will not get swept up in criminal investigations simply by exercising their right to political speech against the government.”</i>

<i>”We intend to take whatever steps are necessary to support and shield these users from what is, in our view, a very unfocused search and an unlawful request for their personal information.”</i>

The DreamHost refusal Opposition Motion filed against DOJ:

<p style=" margin: 12px auto 6px auto; font-family: Helvetica,Arial,Sans-serif; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; font-size: 14px; line-height: normal; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal; -x-system-font: none; display: block;"> <a title="View DH Opposition Motion on Scribd" href="https://www.scribd.com/document/356319692/DH-Opposition-Motion#from_embed" style="text-decoration: underline;" >DH Opposition Motion</a> by <a title="View Red Pill's profile on Scribd" href="https://www.scribd.com/user/366983429/Red-Pill#from_embed" style="text-decoration: underline;" >Red Pill</a> on Scribd</p><iframe class="scribd_iframe_embed" src="https://www.scribd.com/embeds/356319692/content?start_page=1&view_mode=scroll&access_key=key-h1iHb0YZyv7N13vL3lAy&show_recommendations=true" data-auto-height="false" data-aspect-ratio="0.7729220222793488" scrolling="no" id="doc_554" width="400" height="600" frameborder="0"></iframe>

Now back to my take on this. I don't approve of Antifa. I don't approve of George Soros.

<img src="https://media.8ch.net/file_store/1ddf1e7516d742933232f36374e9d7c7c648875a88bd5531b051017c79d08d17.jpg" style="max-height:640px;max-width:360px;">

There are dozens of nations which would love to see him extradited to face crimes against those countries and would executive him.

I'm in favor of this. However I'm not in favor of the DOJ demanding IP addresses of users for essentially thought crime.

<img src="https://media.8ch.net/file_store/a4e3bba74ada22b518d7c17bdbc5a86d0e7c9af4971717068adf53d31b74b913.jpg" style="max-height:640px;max-width:360px;">

Let me explain, <i>this can work both ways against both sides of the spectrum</i>, can you imagine if Obama who clearly already overstretched his own powers to wiretap the Trump campaign had such powers?

You're essentially giving the Federal Government the ability to censor free speech entirely.

<img src="https://media.8ch.net/file_store/c02c3f39567f2ad269239e8b2e25411ba114a6287190f74f2231870632984067.jpg" style="max-height:640px;max-width:360px;">

I warned everyone this was coming and was called insane. This is 1984 tier control and I will never support it.

Detectives and law enforcement need every tool at their disposal to stop these criminals absolutely.

<img src="https://media.8ch.net/file_store/c3aa53ac54bdc05aa7f2cc2609c10d1f3e37b74dcfd603ba0abb4bdd28387a7b.jpg" style="max-height:640px;max-width:360px;">

However that requires forcing the damn states to do their jobs unlike what happened in Virginia. Law and order must be in control on the ground.

Arrest these Communist bastards and violent Offenders as they commit the crimes or as they violate laws by interfering in peaceful assembly.

<img src="https://media.8ch.net/file_store/d791cad76063f893388c510d1570f2d46951a328860a892b16328a29b57b0940.jpg" style="max-height:640px;max-width:360px;">

The Governor of Virginia should have sent in the National Guard in Charlottesville. This terrible tragedy should never have happened.

What this specific demand however is in regards to the violent protests of Inauguration Day.

So far over 234 people have been indicted on federal charges for the violence and rioting in Washington DC. That's a huge victory for law enforcement.

They did it the old fashioned way, through detective work and legally obtaining warrants to hunt down and find the monsters.

What is being asked now though is implicating a large number of users, potentially hundreds of thousands of people for using a website where the majority aren't criminals.

Giving up freedoms though to appease criminals? Absolutely mind boggling to say the least.

<div style="width:100%;text-align:center;margin:0 auto;"><iframe width="360" height="202" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/Ck5LU5cAVvU" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe></div>

What that does is bring forth the UK style hate speech and wrongthink censorship that can imprison or incarcerate you by affiliation with words or memes or comedy or whatever reason they decide.

If you critique the wrong powers, face charges. Visit a website where someone else has committed a crime from, face charges. Having fun trolling? Face charges.

Absolutely not. Not in my America. Fuck you, big brother.

I'm also sure this is covered by the patriot act I'm not 100% but it sounds like this would be covered by stuff like that. This enemy will do anything to win and this game has been rigged for them win by the richest cunts in this world and with what's happening right now no one will come to aid them only in a backhanded way will that happen.

Kill George Soros

Anonymous No. 6614 2017-08-15 : 05:33

So kill commies, let facists kill, sorry asshole, America is mean't to be a democracy, look it up, you seem to have misunderstood. As for the U.K, you are so clueless you have no idea. The U.K went up against both sets of scumbags. First Germany while America stood by, it wasn't until the Japanese flattened Pearl Harbour that the U.S did anything, Joe Kennedy went to Germany to suck Shitler's dick. As for Russia, later towards the close of WWII Churchill warned America NOT to let the Russians get to Berlin, but Eisenhower actually stopped the fucking advance 'and' informed the Russians so as to let them take part of Berlin. After the war it was the U.K who were constantly standing vigil, yes there were U.S military, etc, but don't confuse who did what(don't forget, America's an ocean away, the U.K is basically next door) Do yourself a favour read about history, etc before you dribble on a keyboard.

As far as I'm concerned all the antifas and nazis, and all the other scumbags, rapists, pedos, drug dealers, etc should be stuck on bikini atoll and we should let them kill each other then we can nuke whats left

6621, Shitler was born wrong, it's just that weak people like you need some sad loser to rally behind so you can put 'your' failures on other people. Face it, once weak, always weak

6657, Let me guess, you believe you're cwever, because having sad losers who pass the blame to others, is the better genes to carry into the future. Why take responsibility for your failures blame someone else, talk about a gauranteed genetic dead end, kill different color, stay out of sun to ensure no tanning, only one religion, then no religion. Follow this with no variants on sex, etc, carry on killing with one eye color, hair color, etc, blah, blah, blah. People still failing, blame people with slight different in eye shades, yada, yada, end up with genetically inbred clones, totally paranoid, press the shiny boom buttons, game over. Face it, you 'think' you are clever, but looking in the mirror wearing your Spatzi uniform screetching 'ah bewieve ah is cwever' doesn't make you so.

It's always misdirection with these guys. The Russia taps, this, how are people still being pulled asking

Anonymous No. 6754 2017-08-17 : 00:37

How are people still being strung along by all of this misdirection that comes from these types of things? I'm getting pretty fed up with all of this bullshit that keeps going around, and I think it's about time that I do something about it myself.
