In New York Insurance Companies can now be Penalized for Denying Healthcare to a Tranny

The title speaks for itself, in the state of New York if an insurance company denies health care to a tranny they're set to face major repercussions for what the state is considering as transphobia.

The state is warning all health insurers not to discriminate against transgender individuals, which is essentially striking fear into private businesses that if a person is eligible or not by their standards they can be sued if they do not offer coverage.

The Department of Financial Services instructed insurers within New York state lines in an official letter to take reasonable steps including their offices requesting additional information to determine if an individual is eligible for services prior to denying a claim.

The department said that has received multiple reports that various insurance companies are supposedly denying claims made by transgender individuals because the gender they identify with does not match the gender of people who typically receive certain medical services.

In the insurance companies defense, there are only two sexes, male and female, and gender itself is a social sciences term made up in 1955 by a Marxist.

The department tried using the example that if a person born as a male who identifies as a female cannot be denied a claim for a prostate screening because the insurer's information indicates the person is anatomically a female, which it says is a form of discrimination.

Unironically the LGBTQ community is attempting to blame removal of protections for their delusional lifestyle choices on the Trump Administration. Imagine my shock.

However sane and rational people realize that this is not only completely laughable by adequately disgusting to even fathom.

"Transgender persons should not be discriminated against and denied health insurance because of their transgender status nor denied treatment simply due to insurance coding issues," Maria T. Vullo, New York State Financial Services Superintendent, said in a prepared statement.

Imagine the outrage if such a policy were in place for Whites, where the state would threaten legal blowback if a White man was denied coverage.

Absolutely appalling that the New York institution would attempt to enforce such a policy to benefit anyone based upon sexual preference or race alone.

On the downside, any tranny that applies for health care definitely has a pre-existing condition. It's called mental illness.
