One of the gentlemen’s club in Las Vegas is now allowing you to spend a fortune in Bitcoin by squandering it all on booze and lap dances.
The club, which is known as Legends Room, accepts Bitcoin, Ethereum, and its own cryptocoin LGD for all transactions.
This will give the clients an opportunity to attend the club on August 26 to watch the boxing bout between boxer Floyd Mayweather and MMA fighter Connor McGregor, and pay for everything with bitcoins.
The club’s main room offers a basic experience open to the public and charges $150 (payable in crypto) to watch the fight. If you opt for the members area, you need to own 5,000 LGD tokens. However, if you don't have them, you can rent them at the entrance. And if you don't really care about this crypto business, you can pay for everything in cash and credit card.
The current LGD token price on Bittrex is about $2.15 per token. It’s also worth noting that these volatile cryptocurrencies could have their prices going up or down before the event. The token itself doesn't appear to have any technical advantages over similar cryptocoins, but ownership nets you significant discounts on drinks and club services.
During the event, the lap dancers will be wearing a strategically placed temporary tattoo with a QR code. If you want to tip a dancer, wave the phone over the tattoo, and voila, you're doing Vegas, crypto-style.
The event will be crowded with porn stars, including Jesse Jane and Tasha Reign, so if you’re wondering whether to come along with your underage siblings, keep that in mind.
