Who knows better how to deal with your husband cheating on you from all sides, showing sexual predator behavior and dealing with a barrage of nasty press. Well, we know you are all thinking of Hillary right now, but it’s the next best thing.
Miss Georgina Chapman, the soon to be ex-wife of fallen Hollywood mogul Harvey Weinstein is reportedly reaching out to another famous victim: Huma Abedin, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s longtime aide and confidante. Her famous fallen ex-husband of course: Anthony Weiner.
Let Hillary join that coffee table and you would have a ‘wives of sexual predators group’ (Oh, I hear ‘book deal’).
An anonymous press source close to the Marchesa fashion brand co-founder Chapman said: “One of the people Georgina has reached out to is Huma, who has been through this kind of scandal and media storm and survived with her dignity intact. They are both mothers, they have both been in a situation where their husbands turned out to be a different person than the man they thought they knew.”
Weinstein commented on the news of his wife leaving him: “I am profoundly devastated. I have lost my wife and kids, whom I love more than anything else.”
Meanwhile, some actresses have found out just how far the power of Hollywood reaches. Miss Rose McGowan has been suspended from Twitter after hitting out against the likes of Harvey Weinstein, his brother Bob Weinstein and Ben Affleck.
Miss McGowan, who claims she was assaulted by Weinstein in 1997 had been on a crusade against his past ever since the news broke last week. Today she has continued ranting, this time on Instagram though, as she informed her followers that 'Twitter has suspended me. There are powerful forces at work. Be my voice.'
The screen grab she shared of her suspended Twitter account notification says 'We've determined that this account violated the Twitter Rules.' The message also suggests she 'Delete the Tweets that violate our rules.'
Miss McGowan has tweeted Ben Affleck to 'F*** off'.
