A man was throwing away baby into street, attacking pregnant girlfriend

CINCINNATI (WKRC) - Of course this man is in jail, that baby is seriously hurt, which happened in this October.

According to the court documents, 24-year-old Marvin Binford threw away a 9-months-old baby onto the street. The baby was seriously injured in the neck and face.

This happened at the Glengate Acres Apartments on Glengate Lane near Maple Avenue.

On the same day, he also attempted to attack his girlfriend who was carrying his unborn baby punching and cutting her.

Court documents don't say what is his connection to the 9-month-old.

His bond was set at $22,500.

Binford has a record of domestic violence back in 2013.
