From the CIA's MK-Ultra mind control program up through the Kubark interrogation manual and on through the False Memory Syndrome Foundation (which also featured some of the same CIA-affiliated researchers) you can draw a clear line between these organizations and research programs to today's "enhanced interrogation" tactics employed at places like Guantanamo Bay. In fact, there are multiple connections to Guantanamo Bay and other "black sites" that can be evidenced by simply looking at the same lists of names and institutions doing the same sorts of research.
