After a long run as "The Vanguard" of the mysterious pyramid sales organization (and sex slave cult) NXIVM, Keith Raniere may have found the right time to "get while the getting is still good." Probably not a bad idea in between Smallville star Allison Mack making major news as a "sex slave recruiter" for the shadowy organization that has catered to such major figures as Richard Branson in the past. India Oxenberg, daughter of Dynasty star Catherine Oxenberg, got involved with NXIVM. Shortly afterward an investigation began in New York, the former base of NXIVM. Catherine, by the way, is not only a soap opera legend but a cousin of Royals from England, Spain, and the only daughter of the former Prince of Yugoslavia who married into family friends of the Kennedys. Dynasties indeed, maybe Raniere will be a bit more picky about who he chooses as sex slaves in the future?

According to People en Español, Raniere is currently in Monterrey, living there with some of his wealthy Mexican followers, including Emiliano Salinas, son of the former Mexican president Carlos Salinas de Gortari. In between Catherine Oxenberg and former publicist, Frank Parlato, <a href="https://pagesix.com/2017/11/28/did-nxivm-leader-keith-raniere-flee-america/">Raniere may need to stay on the run</a> as the heat is on. Raniere used his private jet to flee what has been described as "imminent arrest."
Seagrams heiresses, billionaire sisters Clare and Sara Bronfman have been a large part of the bankroll for Raniere. The Bronfmans by the way, before they were involved in cults and the Seagrams corporation, were known as fairly bloodthirsty bootleggers during the prohibition. What strikes some as odd, is how the group managed nearly 20 years hiding in the open with behavior like this going on. Years of <a href="http://www.timesunion.com/opinion/article/Editorial-Finally-Nxivm-gets-a-look-12393042.php">complaints to the Attorney General, U.S. attorney's office in Albany, New York State Police, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Internal Revenue Service and the FBI</a> came to nothing. In fact, in many cases, the people who offered information to these entities found themselves facing litigation. That said, it was Ronan Farrow who revealed the fact that NYPD had sat on evidence of Harvey Weinstein attempting to rape a woman.
