DOJ Releases Shocking 2018 Illegal Alien Crime Statistics and Media is Silent

The Departments of Justice and Homeland Security have now released their 2018 quarterly reports on the arrests of illegal aliens inside the United States of America, and the statistics of those currently in federal custody pending trial or deportation are quite shocking.

The mainstream media makes an effort to depict those incarcerated by the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) agencies as being “Dreamers” or “innocent children,” and in reality that's the furthest thing from the truth, according to the report on the Justice Department website.

As a result of President Trump’s<a href="https://www.whitehouse.gov/the-press-office/2017/01/25/presidential-executive-order-enhancing-public-safety-interior-united"> Executive Order on Enhancing Public Safety in the Interior of the United States</a>, there's a specific requirement given to both the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) for each government agency to collect the relevant data and provide quarterly reports on data collection efforts.

The report finds that <i>more than one-in-five of all persons in Bureau of Prisons custody were known or suspected aliens</i>, a shocking misuse of our prison systems and a major burden on the taxpayers of this country.

This could be avoided if a border wall were funded immediately.

Even moreover interesting is that 93 percent of all confirmed aliens that are in DOJ custody are in the United States unlawfully, meaning that the ICE agency is accurately making arrests of those who shouldn't be in the United States of America in the first place.

On June 7th of 2018, the DOJ and DHS released the full<a href="https://www.justice.gov/opa/press-release/file/1069281/download"> Fiscal Year First Quarter Alien Incarceration Report for download</a>, complying with this order.

<i>First Quarter 2018 Alien Incarceration Report:</i>

The report found that more than one-in-five of all persons in Bureau of Prisons custody were known or suspected aliens, and 93 percent of confirmed aliens in DOJ custody were in the United States unlawfully.

A stunning total of 57,820 known or suspected illegal aliens were in DOJ custody for a range of offenses as of the end of the first quarter of the Fiscal Year 2018, which tells you exactly how many criminal aliens ICE and HSI have captured.

<img src="https://media.8ch.net/file_store/60128eaccd069cbf2a724446abedbdde714851f0a045c42ade74f9d4f61d3513.jpg" style="max-height:640px;max-width:360px;">

Again, these are all illegal aliens who have commuted additional crimes inside the United States of America, even after crossing illegally into our country.

Out of the 57,820 illegal aliens currently in federal custody as per the DOJ, 34,834 aliens have already been issued with orders of removal for deportation, and an additional 15,536 are still under investigation by ICE to determine their country of origin or their involvement with criminal enterprises, leaving another 2,871 aliens who are inside the county legally but currently undergoing removal proceedings for deportation.

A total of 169 legal aliens that are currently in DOJ custody have been granted relief or protection to remain inside the country.

<b>"The illegal immigrant crime rate in this country should be zero,"</b> said Attorney General Sessions.

"Every crime committed by an illegal alien is, by definition, a crime that should have been prevented. It is outrageous that tens of thousands of Americans are dying every year because of the drugs and violence brought over our borders illegally and that taxpayers have been forced, year after year, to pay millions of dollars to incarcerate tens of thousands of illegal aliens,” AG Sessions argued. “That is another reason why the Department of Justice under President Trump's leadership has instituted a zero-tolerance policy for illegal entry on our Southwest border. Today's report is yet another reminder that we must continue this policy and help fulfill President Trump's goals of restoring lawfulness to our immigration system and ensure that immigration serves the good of this country."

<h2>"Every crime committed by an illegal alien is, by definition, a crime that should have been prevented.”</h2> <h4>-Attorney General Jeff Sessions correctly explains that illegal aliens should never have been in America in the first place.</h4>

“Bad actors know well our legal loopholes which act as a magnet for illegal immigration,” said Secretary Nielsen. “As DHS continues to carry out President Trump’s immigration priorities to keep America safe, Congress must urgently act to close dangerous loopholes that attract criminal aliens and also inhibit our ability to remove them.”

Section 16 of President Trump's Executive Order directs the Secretary of Homeland Security and the Attorney General to collect relevant data and provide quarterly reports regarding (a) the immigration status of all aliens incarcerated under the supervision of the Federal Bureau of Prisons; (b) the immigration status of all aliens incarcerated as federal pretrial detainees under the supervision of the United States Marshals Service; and (c) the immigration status of all convicted aliens in state prisons and local detention centers throughout the United States.

<h5><b>Approximately 16,233 aliens in USMS custody required housing in state, local, and private facilities, which cost $1,458,372.72 a day.</b></h5>

For the first time in the history of the Department of Justice, the Quarterly Alien Incarceration Report was ordered by Attorney General Jeff Sessions to include specific examples of the crimes committed by many of the illegal aliens in custody in hopes that the mainstream media will report on what these dangerous aliens are doing inside of America.

<i>These examples include, but are not limited to:</i>

Anibel Rondolpho Rodriguez, an illegal alien from Honduras who was residing in Freeport, NY, was sentenced to 45 years in prison after he pled guilty to racketeering charges, two murder conspiracies, two attempted murders, and threatening to commit assault.

Eduardo Martinez, an illegal alien who was residing in Fort Wayne, Indiana, was sentenced to 324 months in prison after he pled guilty to possession with intent to distribute more than a kilogram of heroin, distribution of over 50 grams of methamphetamine, and possession of a firearm.

Pedro Quintero-Enriques, an illegal alien from Mexico who was residing in Summerdale, Alabama, was sentenced to 108 months in prison after he pled guilty to illegal reentry after deportation and felon in possession of firearms.

These three examples were meant to be reported by the mainstream media, but as of the time of this writing, I'm unable to locate any articles about this press release or any of these topics.

<i>This is beyond disturbing.</i>

<h4>The media refuses to pick up the stories which showcase the dangers of illegal aliens and what threats they pose to society.</h4>

Attorney General Jeff Sessions would have liked to see this report include data about the illegal alien populations in state prisons and local jails across the United States of America, but that couldn't be completed prior to the report’s release thanks to “Sanctuary” cities and states which refuse to cooperate with this Administration on protecting our National Security.

The DOJ reports that <i>numerous state prison and local jail facilities refuse to routinely provide either the Department of Homeland Security or the Department of Justice with comprehensive information about illegal aliens</i> who are currently in their custody.

As per federal inmates alone, approximately 32 percent of the total incarcerated population are illegal aliens, according to a report last year by the<a href="https://cis.org/Huennekens/32-Federal-Inmates-Are-Aliens"> Center for Immigration Studies</a>.

Center for Immigration Studies.

<h3><b>Prisoners known or suspected to be aliens are reviewed by ICE to determine their immigration status and are placed into one of five categories:</b></h3>

Under Investigation: Further investigation by ICE is required to confirm alienage and establish potential removability.

In Proceedings – Legal: Confirmed alien who is lawfully present in the United States, but has been charged as a removable alien; removal proceedings are ongoing.

In Proceedings – Illegal: Confirmed alien who is unlawfully present in the United States; removal proceedings are ongoing.

Subject to Final Order of Removal: Confirmed alien who is subject to a final order of removal.

Relief/Benefit: Confirmed alien who has been granted relief or protection from removal that would generally be considered lawful status.

Having this enormous number of illegals behind bars is simply unfathomable, knowing that the majority of those entered the country illegally and continued their crime waves after being inside of the country, it begs to question why every media outlet in the world isn't reporting these facts.

This is a major burden on taxpayers and the prisons which are able to receive more funding per Inmate by housing illegals over local criminals.

County jails and state prisons are able to acquire more funding for these types of aliens, which then crowd their prisons in a for-profit scheme.

They shouldn't be in the country, to begin with, and the overall savings from building a border wall and deporting all illegals would be able to provide resources for countless important programs that benefit the American people.

The DOJ says of the 2018 totals:

<blockquote>The Department of Justice’s Bureau of Prisons (BOP) has an operational process for maintaining data regarding foreign-born inmates in its custody. On a quarterly basis, BOP supplies this information to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). ICE, in turn, analyzes that information to determine the immigration status of each inmate and provides that information back to BOP.</blockquote>

<blockquote>Out of the 183,058 inmates in BOP custody, 38,132 (twenty-one percent) were reported by BOP as known or suspected aliens. Further details regarding these 38,132 known or suspected aliens are as follows.</blockquote>

<blockquote>20,976 (55 percent) were unauthorized aliens who are subject to a final order of removal. </blockquote>

<blockquote>11,698 (31 percent) remain under ICE investigation. </blockquote>

<blockquote>2,850 (seven percent) were unlawfully present and now in removal proceedings. </blockquote>

<blockquote>2,484 (approximately seven percent) were lawfully present aliens but are now in removal proceedings.</blockquote>

<blockquote>124 were aliens who have been granted relief or protection from removal.</blockquote>

<b>Immigration Status of All Convicted Aliens Incarcerated in State Prisons and Local Detention Centers Throughout the United States</b>

Some state and local jurisdictions already take proactive measures to make this data available to the public.

For example, the Texas Department of Public Safety publishes data online regarding criminal alien arrests and convictions.

These data do not account for all aliens in the Texas criminal justice system, as they are limited to criminal alien arrestees who have had prior interaction with DHS resulting in the collection of their fingerprints.

As reported by the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS), 251,000 criminal aliens have been booked into local Texas jails between June 1st of 2011 and April 30th of 2018, according to DHS status indicators.

<i>These criminal aliens were charged with:</i>

More than 663,000 criminal offenses.

1,351 homicides.

7,156 sexual assaults.

9,938 weapons charges.

79,049 assaults.

18,685 burglaries.

79,900 drug charges.

815 kidnappings.

44,882 thefts.

4,292 robberies.

<b>These shocking totals and numbers are just from the state of Texas.</b>

Additional conviction data can be found in the report.

The Departments continue to progress towards establishing data collection of the immigration status of convicted aliens incarcerated in state prisons and local detention centers through the Department of Justice’s Office of Justice Programs, Bureau of Justice Statistics and the Department of Homeland Security’s Office of Immigration Statistics.

America is engaged in a war for the future of our nation's existence against these types of clearly dangerous illegal aliens.

It's being pulled in two directions. with the Left pulling towards Globalism, and the Right pulling towards Patriotism; and to make a great example two titanic leaders which represent each side, you'd have the former President Barack Obama and his Director of the Central Intelligence Agency, John Brennan, on the Globalist front lines, and the President of the United States of America Donald John Trump, and his Attorney General, Jeff Session, on the right side of history defending Patriots.

As we witness the pull between patriots and globalists, we're taken to a time prior to that of President Trump coming into power in the United States of America, when the world was a dangerous place, having globalist puppets in complete control of the United States of America's government for decades.

There is absolutely no excuse for this many illegal aliens having been allowed into the United States of America in the first place. The numbers are staggering, and the total crimes committed by them after entering illegally are simply horrendous.

Globalists would prefer to use the United States of America's military as the “world's police,” sending our brave men and women to risk death in foreign lands intervening in wars that had little to nothing to do with American interests, while simultaneously ignoring the crumbling infrastructure and borders back home in America.

Our forces should be placed on the border until we can build a wall to stop this flood of illegal aliens bringing their violence and drugs into the country.

The numbers are undeniable. The risk and threat greater now than ever before.

Attorney General Jeff Sessions was proven to have been working in the shadows on our side for many months, despite the criticism of his inaction, which is fair, and the DOJ arrests and prosecutions support this claim.

That being said his recusal has garnished enormous criticisms, and many would prefer to see his ousting.

What Jeff Sessions is doing in terms of immigration is unparalleled, however, and he's leading the fight against illegal aliens, even suing the states, counties, and cities which choose to work against federal immigration laws.

I trust Jeff Sessions as the Attorney General, based upon the countless numbers of former Obama Administration officials who have been exposed, and the majority of those were engaged in policies that gave illegal aliens a free pass in America.

The amount of money being spent to not only combat illegal aliens, house them in prison, feed them, and deal with the aftermath of their crimes is simply unacceptable.

We need to build President Trump's border wall, and it needs to be built immediately.

All illegal aliens must be deported back to their nation of origin and prevented from ever coming back into America illegally.

Period.

Right off the bat, everybody knows this article is a smear job: '...of all persons in Bureau of Prisons custody were known or suspected aliens.' The key for thoughtful readers is the word 'suspected'. Any poster for this piece could be a suspected alien'. That renders the entire piece speculative and conspiratorial. It's not worth reading the rest of the article, so I didn't. It's not news but propaganda.

"It's not worth reading the rest of the article, so I didn't."
Oh well. If you had read further, you would have seen the illegal alien crime data from the state of Texas, which confirms legal status of everyone booked into a Texas jail. This makes their data neither speculative nor conspiratorial. Keep that tin foil hat handy though!
