The Supreme Court of the United States is doing its best to gut several vitally important amendments that protect our freedoms. I've spoken in the past about how Kavanaugh is a strong enemy of the 4th amendment which gives us the implied right to privacy and certainty against illegal search and seizure. The 6th amendment and the right to be exonerated due to improper representation or new exculpatory evidence is the latest travesty from SCOTUS and it's only likely to get worse from here.
