The Failure of Uvalde Cops and Feds

It seems despite the time having passed since the tragedy in Texas many things are still unclear. One thing that seems fairly certain however is that the police, Marshalls and Border Patrol agents were completely useless at stopping the murder of several children. Then there's the fact that FBI should have been aware of the shooter, Ramos, similar to Nick Cruz in Parkland and others.
