There are people who commit certain acts that leave the world pondering as to whether mental incapacitation is to blame.
Such a case happened after a man was caught masturbating in the emergency room of a metro hospital, the man is currently facing a complaint of indecent exposure.
The reports from Oklahoma City Police Department show that at approximately 4:30 a.m. Jan. 26 officers were called to St. Anthony Hospital for a disturbance in the cardiac emergency room waiting area.
Upon arrival on the scene, police found 28-year-old Alex Cornelius Duru reportedly sitting in a chair naked and masturbating. Right next to him was a bottle of lotion. The officials in the hospital say that women from the cleaning crew discovered Duru and took appropriate action.
The man was in the hospital and hence officers had to get a hospital release before they transported him to jail. The man allegedly continued to masturbate while the officer waited for backup. As the officers were beginning to take the man from the emergency room he asked if they could just handcuff him to a rail so he could "finish".
The police then transported him to the Oklahoma County Jail. Upon arrival, police say Duru put his hands down his pants and began masturbating again. The police told him to stop but he claimed that "I have no weapons, I just want to touch my d***".
