Most people don't like their freedoms and rights being taken away. Democrats/Socialists/etc got into power and made quick work of it. They did it with glee. They are literally singing and dancing.
They are also getting busted flouting their own rules without shame.
So, it should be a no-brainer for any candidate to challenge and beat them in 2020. Republicans certainly have the majority on their side regardless of whether some people will openly admit it.
You would think the Democrats would be getting an ominous feeling about the upcoming mid-terms. However, they don't appear to be. Are they so drunk on power that they believe there will be no consequences? Or is there something reassuring them that we don't know about?
