Some people are so intent on believing the idea that a "good guy with a gun" can stop a mass shooter that it seems they'd rather innocent people lose their lives as a result. Elisjsha Dicken, the 22 year old who bravely entered the Greenwood Park Mall to stop an active shooter from taking more lives is a hero. Of that there is no doubt. So why are so many people intent on calling him out for the most petty reasons, such as ignoring the "gun free zone" stickers at the mall? Would they prefer the kind of action (inaction rather) we saw in Uvalde?
