ISIS Leader Who Executes Women Confirmed Dead

The Islamic State group has held the city of Mosul, Iraq for a long time, the grueling battle to reclaim the city has been intense and bloody. There’s a huge probability that the battle will continue for several more months. However, that’s not the case for one of the loathsome member of the terror group.

The Iraq News has reported that a senior leader of the Islamic State group was gunned down by unknown killers on the west side of the city on Saturday. The Islamic State terror group has been in control of the larger part of the massive metropolis which is the second largest in Iraq.

The name of the Saudi national was Abu Abdul Rahman, its believed that he was responsible for the execution of women in the region, the ISIS group seems to enjoy the practice. In a report issued by the U.K. Sun, Rahman used trumped-up charges against his victims as an excuse to execute them, sometimes using butcher’s knife or meat cleaver.

Rahman was killed in the central al-Askari region of the city. However, nobody knows exactly who is responsible for taking out the sadistically barbaric jihadist. Reports issued by the International Business Times noted that a large part of the eastern half of Mosul has already been cleared of the Islamists militants, the fight has been very intense.

The Iraqi generals who are conducting the operation don’t think the remainder of the battle to clear the rest of the city will be any tougher than what they’ve already managed to tackle. The Generals have also noted that most of the senior leaders of the Islamic State group in Mosul have already been killed in the fight.

Its commendable for President Trump and Defense Secretary who gave the green light to the U.S. Special Operators to take out this leader in a covert operation. However, Rahman could also have been eliminated by another group that is involved in the Mosul battle. Such include regular Iraqi Army troops, Kurdish Peshmerga fighters, Iraqi Special Forces, Iranian-backed Shiite militias or even unaffiliated Christian militias that have been opposing the murderous jihadists whenever they get the promise.
