Palm Beach County sheriff’s deputy Michael DeMarco can be seen exiting his unmarked car in his police uniform and walking up to his ex, Miss Yuly Solano, who was walking her dog. Reportedly, he told her “You treat me worse than a dog,” right before pumping a bullet into her that morning and afterwards turning the gun on himself.
Miss Solano was unable to talk to police until November 8th from her hospital bed to give explanations. According to the severely injured woman, she had ended the relationship with Mr Solano “because he was being racist and very possessive of her.”
Despite being on duty, Mr DeMarco, 55-years-old, decided that it was time to revisit his ex-girlfriend on October 12th, even though the relationship had finished a few weeks before. Miss Solano, 40 years old, can be seen walking her dog through a local condominium complex, the area where they used to live together, before Mr DeMarco pulls up in an unmarked car and confronts her.

After a brief exchange of words where he gets violent, he can be seen pulling his gun on her while she walks back in fear. The edited video does not show the shot.
Miss Solano’s lawyer says she plants to sue both the condominium association as well as the sheriff’s office as she claims they both ignored her repeated complaints that she made about the aggressiveness of Mr DeMarco.
The two had been in a relationship for seven months together.
