President Trump Drinks 12 Diet Cokes A day

||| Instagram |||

Since President Trump has to offset all unmistakable fillet o fish, he obviously cuts calories by eating 144 ounces of diet coke – 12 cans – a day.

Twelve types of diet coke contain much more than the recommended daily dose of caffeine. Every 12 ounces can contain 46 mg caffeine - a dozen total of 552 mg. The FDA states that the maximum amount of "generally dangerous and not harmful" in healthy adults is 400 milligrams. According to what he is told, it is strange that only 5 to 6 hours of sleep can be obtained at night.

Diet coke has no sugar, but the acid in it is still bad for your teeth. In previous studies, it has been found that there is a terrible similarity between the effects of females and diet soda on teeth. For those who drink 2 liters of diet drink a day, "severe tooth decay" is observed.

A dozen Diet Cokes a day? Finally, a man who is my better, and worthy to be my president.

I drink four a day, followed by as many cups of coffee and the occasional Rockstar energy drink. No cavities. Suck it.

He's doing the modern version of what Teddy Roosevelt used to do, which was drinking gallons of coffee.

Rethink this story …

Picture of Plastic Bottle vs can.

Story says " eating" 144 ounces of diet coke… I drink these but never eaten one yet.

MAYO CLINIC

Up to 400 milligrams (mg) of caffeine a day appears to be safe for most healthy adults. That's roughly the amount of caffeine in … 10 cans of cola or two "energy shot" drinks . Mar 8, 2017…

Various Studies

A study from 2005, investigating 2 caffeine-related deaths, suggested that you'd have to ingest around 5 grams of caffeine—more than 10 x the FDA's figure—to overdose. An other study says it is more like 10 grams, which would be like downing 50 shots of 5-Hour Energy.
