Three men in Southwest Houston were hospitalized with gunshot wounds after a video game session took a violent turn. Authorities say a group of people was playing Nintendo around 10:30 p.m. Sunday night at the Sharon Park Village Apartments on Chimney Rock.

A dispute broke out resulting an altercation where shots were fired striking three male adults. The men were rushed to the hospital but at this time it is unclear how many people may have been involved in the shooting. The three injured men are expected to make a full recovery.

One of the men who was shot was the owner of the apartment according to Houston Police. The other two shooting victims were in another apartment where they ran for help.
Two of the men were shot in the back and a third was shot in the abdomen. According to witnesses, there were two guns involved and all the suspects were reportedly in their early twenties. Houston police are investigating the shooting.
