Foshan Yiwanka Medical Management company is based in the city of Foshan, it offers breast implants, liposuction, as well as nose and eye augmentation, all inspired by Ivanka. The company’s name is a Chinese translation of Ivanka, it was registered before the election.
The so called Ivanka effect has created a boom in businesses dealing with cosmetic surgery.
There are companies that have been applying to register under the name Yiwanka, with the vast range of products including sanitary towels and underwear’s.
Since President Donald Trump won the election, more than 250 businesses have lodged bids for "Ivanka" trademarks.
The First Lady on the other hand has been strict on companies using her name to make cash. There were pictures of Melania that popped up on a slurry of products in her native Slovenia after her husband’s election, from pots of jam to shoes.
However, her lawyer issued a warning to locals, saying the words Trump, Melania and Melania Trump are all protected trademarks that should not be abused.
