The Roman Catholic church still holds sway in rural Germany, and with more voters turning to the right, one archbishop decided that he could no longer hold his tongue and told his constituents that “some migrants are terrorists.”
Amid a growing unease of some of his flock about the newly arrived Muslim migrants, archbishop Ludwig Schick says some of them "do not understand or accept the liberal order of our country, even some of those who arrived are not refugees but terrorists. That's a fact we have to respond to."
Mr Schick’s remarks came after the German government released a new report showing that some 100 Christians (including a convert who was murdered), were victims of religiously-motivated violence last year.

The archbishop continued: "You cannot arrive in our society if you do not value our values."

A watchdog group named Open Doors stated that Christian refugees at the German immigration camps have been "discriminated against, beaten up by and receive death threats from Muslim refugees and partly by the Muslim staff (securities, interpreters, volunteers) on grounds of their religion."
