The long-anticipated Democratic Memo from the House Intelligence Committee has been released, and it displays an overwhelming effort to cover up the crimes committed by the Obama Regime's Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation is part of the plan of the Democratic Party.
The Democratic memorandum was written by Representative Adam Schiff (D-CA), intended to be a rebuttal to the Republican memorandum written by Representative Devin Nunes (R-CA), but it looks like a total flop.
President Trump took to Twitter to blast the Democrats for their lack of interest in the truth via their memo and suggested it simply confirms that the illicit surveillance took place when there should have never been interference in a Democratic election, to begin with.

The Democrat memo response on government surveillance abuses is a total political and legal BUST. Just confirms all of the terrible things that were done. SO ILLEGAL!
— Donald J. "FBI and DOJ officials did not ‘abuse' the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance (FISA) process, omit material information, or subvert this vital tool to spy on the Trump campaign," the memorandum states, which is a clear contradiction of the testimony given by former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, which he stated the FBI would have never had a reason to undergo surveillance on any Trump advisers had the fraudulent Fusion GPS Dossier not been provided to them.
"In fact, DOJ and the FBI would have been remiss in their duty to protect the country had they not sought a FISA warrant and repeated renewals to conduct temporary surveillance of Carter Page, someone the FBI assessed to be an agent of the Russian government," the Democratic Memo states, protecting themselves as best they can.

The Trump Dossier, which was funded directly by the Democratic National Committee and the campaign of Hillary Clinton, was used by James Comey's FBI as an excuse to monitor Carter Page, but the Democratic Memo completely avoids acknowledgement of who was behind the Dossier, or even that it was designed to be used against President Trump.
There's zero effort to counter the claims from Devin Nunes that Andrew McCabe testified the entire reason for any surveillance was the Christopher Steele Dossier, which only gives even more credence to that of the Nunes Memo.
Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-IA), and Crime and Terrorism Subcommittee Chairman Lindsey Graham (R-SC) both seem to be heading towards the direction of recommending criminal charges against Christopher Steele, who we know met with the Federal Bureau of Investigation long prior to the alleged dates in the Democratic Memo.
It's been confirmed that the FBI sent a plane with Special Agents to Rome to meet with Steele in July of 2016, yet Schiff clearly misled the public in his memo, saying the FBI's contact began with Steele in October of 2016.
Not to mention the unsealed FISA report from the National Security Agency (NSA) shows the FBI made multiple applications to the FISA courts for surveillance long before this time frame.

This memo, as it currently exists, is outright propaganda that defies every fact we know about the investigation if you can make your way through the redactions.

In all honesty, it's a fraudulent waste of time. All the Democrats did here be attempt to remove anything incriminating, force a ton of redactions to seem as if something is being hidden, and simultaneously provide zero answers as to why the FBI was weaponized against the Trump campaign in the middle of an election.
Nobody seems to want to answer that utterly important question.

Both the President of the United States of America as well as the American people want justice, and the Democratic Party is doing everything they can to avoid being impartial in ensuring that this nation's laws are being followed properly.
Representative Devin Nunes said, "The American people now clearly understand that the FBI used political dirt paid for by the Democratic Party to spy on an American citizen from the Republican Party."
Nunes continued, "Furthermore, the FISA court was misled about Mr. Page's past interactions with the FBI in which he helped build a case against Russian operatives in America who were brought to justice. It defies belief that the Department of Justice and FBI failed to provide information to a secret court that they had provided to an open federal court regarding their past interactions with Mr. Page."
Below is the fill GOP Rebuttal, to the Democratic Party's Memo.

What this essentially boils down to is, that "Little" Adam Schiff, is simply full of Schiff.
