Florida Mourns Sheriff's Deputy Murdered by Twice-Deported Illegal Alien

Heartbreaking news to report coming out of Florida - where a Nassau County Sheriff's Deputy was murdered at the hands of a federal criminal illegal alien - an El Salvadorian National - just the latest in a string of atrocious crimes committed by previously deported illegal aliens inside the United States of America.

<div style="width:100%;text-align:center;margin:0 auto;"><iframe width="360" height="202" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/Qvwk-voQJy4" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe></div>

The United States Border Patrol services say that the suspect, 27-year-old Francisco Obbidio Portillo-Fuentes, has been previously deported from America on two separate occasions, and is currently serving a felony sentence of two-years behind bars for an unrelated charge of illegal re-entry into the country.

While he's behind bars, Francisco Obbidio Portillo-Fuentes has now been named the primary suspect in the murder of Nassau County Sheriff's Deputy Eric Oliver and has been charged with manslaughter in what's described as being a “brutal murder,” according to court documents.

Deputy Oliver lost his life while pursuing Fuentes, in what could have been avoided in the first place had America had a border wall in place to prevent illegal re-entry by previously deported federal criminal illegal aliens such as Portillo-Fuentes.

It's tragic that this officer lost his life, and now Portillo-Fuentes could be an additional burden to the taxpayers who will have to finance the housing and feeding of the criminal while he's being held in the Duval County Jail. If convicted, that taxpayer burden could extend for several years, making the total cost as high as $168,000 per year, according to a study from<a href="https://mobile.nytimes.com/2013/08/24/nyregion/citys-annual-cost-per-inmate-is-nearly-168000-study-says.html?mtrref=www.google.com&gwh=CB32466C4D138F79D265B60A9DA39F8C&gwt=pay"> The New York Times</a>.

That maximum potential cost of one-handed and sixty-eight thousand dollars per year is for a single inmate, and there are reportedly 45,493 foreign-born prisoners in the federal prison system, which is made up of 188,658 inmates, according to the Justice Department, as reported by<a href="http://thehill.com/latino/331619-doj-releases-data-on-incarceration-rates-of-illegal-immigrants"> The Hill.</a>

If the $168,000 per year maximum cost of housing and feeding an inmate is correct, this means that $7,642,824,000 is spent annually just to provide imprisonment for illegal aliens. That's a stunning number, and slightly over a quarter of the total cost of building President Trump's proposed “Border Wall,” that so far the Democrats and GOP within Congress have yet to finance the building of.

Within just a few years, if the maximum costs are correct, it even a decade if the costs were lower, we could finance the entire project of building a wall along the southern border of the United States of America instead of housing and feeding the illegal aliens in federal prison. Again, that's just federal inmates and doesn't include the local or county jails which could also have illegal aliens imprisoned for unrelated charges, some of those locations unaware the person is illegal at all.

Building a wall along America's southern border could save a monumental sum of cash for American taxpayers, and this example is just one of many, which could reduce the total annual cost of somewhere near $115 billion dollars a year as a result of illegal immigration, as reported by<a href="https://fairus.org/issue/publications-resources/fiscal-burden-illegal-immigration-united-states-taxpayers"> FAIR</a>.

The details surrounding the death of Deputy Oliver are unfortunate and could have been altogether avoided had the wall been in place.

reports that the horrific murder occurred in November of 2016, just as Americans were awakening to the threat of dangers from federal criminal illegal aliens as then-Candidate Donald J. Trump was running for the nation's highest office of Presidency, on the platform of building a border wall to protect Americans and deport the illegal aliens inside of the United States of America who would pose threat to American citizens.

According to the report, Nassau County Sheriff's Deputy Eric Oliver was engaged in a foot pursuit with Francisco Obbidio Portillo-Fuentes, after he fled from an attempted apprehension by the United States of America's Border Patrol Miami Sector.

The Border Patrol had stopped a pickup truck filled with six men at a Gate’s gas station in Yulee on November 22nd of 2016, at which time they discovered three of the men were foreign nationals who had been previously deported.

<div style="width:100%;text-align:center;margin:0 auto;"><iframe width="360" height="202" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/xd1IUwW8v0E" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe></div>

As Border Patrol agents were engaged in arresting the three men, Francisco Obbidio Portillo-Fuentes bolted on foot, according to division chief for the U.S. Border Patrol's Miami Sector, Todd Bryant.

Deputy Oliver was present at the time of the arrest, as is the standard operating procedure for a local officer to be accompanying federal agents during an apprehension attempt, and Oliver gave chase to Portillo-Fuentes as he attempted to escape.

Officials say that once Oliver came within grasp of Portillo-Fuentes along the A1A main highway, he was struck and killed by an SUV, in what was a horrific tragedy, at the fault of the criminal Portillo-Fuentes for darting from the scene.

Now authorities have brought forth charges of manslaughter against the federal criminal illegal alien, where he will likely face up to fifteen years in prison if found guilty in a court of law.

Portillo-Fuentes is well aware of the American immigration system, and the process of violating those laws which follow.

The Border Patrol stated that Portillo-Fuentes was first reported in 2011, only to immediately return due to the Obama regime’s lackluster concern for dangers posed to Americans by illegal aliens.

In August of 2015, Portillo-Fuentes was arrested after an automobile accident for a DUI and later deported.

Again, Portillo-Fuentes would return to the United States of America, only this time to cause the death of a Nassau County Sheriff's Deputy.

Court documents also show that Portillo-Fuentes was living at the Gator Lodge on Phillips Highway, and just happened to be picked up that day for day labor by the driver of the truck.

Such an occurrence is common in the South, especially near border cities and ports, where illegal aliens will wait in large groups to be picked up for work by random business owners. This not only takes away the potential employment of Americans but violates tax codes by hiring an illegal alien who's working without taxation by the government, raising the costs for American taxpayers to cover the percentage that would have been paid by the workers.

One could say that businesses who hire illegal aliens are complicit in the crimes, a huge reason why the Administration of President Trump has offered incentives for the hiring of Veterans and other Americans for small businesses and enforced tougher regulations and penalties for those who are caught hiring the illegals.

Now, a Sheriff's Deputy, who's regarded as both a loving family man, a friend, and a hero to the Nassau County Sheriff's Office is dead as a result of both the complicity of the man who cut corners to avoid paying his employees fair wages and giving his share to the government, and because of the illegal alien who consistently violated American immigration laws.

It's not a victimless crime, in hiring illegal aliens, and American businesses have to recognize this. That person you've hired has also encouraged others to come into our country illegally, and in this case, it's resulted in the death of a good police officer.

The American people have spoken and made clear that they support the President of the United States of America's proposed Wall along our border with Mexico.

We mourn the loss of the brave Nassau County Sheriff's Deputy Eric Oliver, and offer our condolences to his family and friends.

<b>It's time for Congress to act. Build the wall!</b>
