Trump 'Threatens' Comey In Recent Tweet Regarding Leaks To The Media

President Donald Trump has taken to Twitter anew to speak his mind on some of the burning issues facing his administration, especially following his firing of former FBI Director James Comey. He continued to slam allegations of collusion between his presidential campaign team and Russia, stressing that such story angle was fabricated only by the Democrats as their sorry excuse for losing the election.

The President tweeted:"Again, the story that there was collusion between the Russians & Trump campaign team was fabricated by Dems as excuse for losing the election."

The President also denied in an earlier interview with NBC's Lester Holt that there was collusion between his campaign team members and Russia. He also admitted that he considered ongoing federal investigations into the matter as among the factors that ultimately led to his decision to fire Comey.

In a succeeding tweet, Trump hit the "fake media" anew, saying that reporters would be"working overtime today". He tweeted: "The Fake Media is working overtime today!"

In fresh tweets that just came in, the President shares his strong views on media's coverage of his administration, and their so-called demand for accuracy. He tweeted: "As a very active President with lots of things happening, it is not possible for my surrogates to stand at podium with perfect accuracy!" He quickly continued that in another tweet with: "…Maybe the best thing to do would be to cancel all future "press briefings" and hand out written responses for the sake of accuracy???"

But the President has reserved his most explosive tweet to no less than the just-fired Comey in his second most recent tweet. The President said: "James Comey better hope that there are no "tapes" of our conversations before he starts leaking to the press!" He followed that up with: "When James Clapper himself, and virtually everyone else with the knowledge of the witch hunt, says there is no collusion, when does it end?"

The President made the 'threat' to Comey in response to wild media reports that he is being besieged by internal leaks about his decision to fire Comey, painting him as "angry" and "paranoid."

Trump in his latest tweet just minutes ago as we post this came out with a piece of good news which he described as "real": "China just agreed that the U.S. will be allowed to sell beef, and other major products, into China once again. This is REAL."

Amidst calls from Trump haters to shut down his Twitter account, Twitter's CEO Jack Dorsey has said that President Trump's tweets are good for the world and he should be allowed to keep sending them. He said having Trump's tweets out in the open would help keep people informed, and that it is really important to hear directly from our leadership.
