Worse Than Bruno? Sacha Baron Cohen's Steady Decline Continues With "Who Is America?"

Sacha Baron Cohen, or as he's more commonly referred, "that guy who hasn't been funny since Borat" is back at it again. His new series, Who Is America? <a href="http://www.vulture.com/amp/2018/07/who-is-america-premiere-ratings.html">premiered at 327,000</a>. Contrast this with <a href="https://gumroad.com/samhyde">Sam Hyde and Million Dollar Extreme</a> whose first and last episodes of World Peace broke the million mark in their first airing. MDE, however, didn't offer the proper "values" so, thanks to a smear campaign in the media it was quashed before reaching a second season. But if you've been paying attention, you know that the media is about far more than just making money. Since Frank Wisner and Operation Mockingbird, the overarching purpose of TV and film is to shape and mold the public opinion.

Even before the Obama and Soros buy-in, Netflix, for example, featured several shows that made sure to mock 9/11 truth and "conspiracy theories" in multiple shows.

Not unlike Sarah Silverman's I Love You, America at Hulu (I'm guessing that is, I couldn't even watch the whole of the promo trailer for that dreck). That dreck, by the way, has been nominated for an Emmy, but of course, it doesn't have to be good if it's supported by (and supporting) the establishment and status quo. I won't share the annoying teaser trailer clip I suffered through, but here's Mark Dice's video about Sarah's call for martial law to prevent Trump from being sworn in.

Who Is America? <a href="http://www.ozzyman.com/watch-bernie-sanders-keep-his-cool-as-sacha-baron-cohen-trolls-him-in-new-show/">features Cohen in four alter egos</a>, one of which is a fat, overbearing, idiotic conspiracy theorist character. Cohen's latest outing may prove to be as big a hit as Bruno. Yes, I know, that's a pretty weak joke, but still likely funnier than anything you'll see in a season's worth of Showtime's WIA.
