A woman recently went to Mount Carmel St. Ann’s Hospital not to complain of any illness but to ask a nurse to check if the crack cocaine she bought from a friend was actually spider eggs.
The woman shared that she felt as if she had inhaled baby spiders when she smoked the crack. She added that it felt like the spiders were crawling inside her.
The nurse called the Westerville police instead. The police then submitted the drugs for laboratory testing. The now woman faces charges of possession of a controlled substance, as well as possession of drug paraphernalia.
