Police said a man in Montgomery County intentionally forced himself on a woman. Grabbing her by the arm he restrained her against her will and began to kiss her in a Wawa parking lot.
The Police Department of Upper Gwynedd arrested and charged Mazen Salfit of Lansdale with Indecent Assault, Harassment, and Disorderly Conduct.
The criminal charges allege that on April 12, Salfit forced himself onto a female victim and restrained her by holding her arm and then forced her close to his vehicle in the parking lot of a Wawa on the 1600 block of Valley Forge Road.
The victim says Salift kissed her improperly without her consent. Salfiti was later released on Tuesday for a $5,000 unsecured bail.
