The left wing of America’s political spectrum has not only lost it's mind completely but they're beginning to stop to depths that cave dwelling bats have never explored.
Deeper than a burrowed mole they hide underground plotting their next ill fated ploys of self destruction and manipulation. A never ending downward spiral into nothingness is the road they choose to travel.
So dark is that path in which provides them with failed notions of hope repeatedly that a Democratic congressman has actually proposed convening a special committee of psychiatrists to evaluate the President of the United States to attempt to suggest he is systematically unable fit to serve in the Oval Office.
The disgusting and pathetic notion is being pushed by one Maryland Representative, Jamie Raskin. Raskin is your typical peddler of cultural marxist indoctrinated professors turned politician.
Ironically his title outside of Congress is to teach Constitutional Law at American University. Which is exactly what he intends to trample upon by using the Constitution as an illegitimate attack measure against the American President.
He's so far been unable rally any Republican support whatsoever. Not a single GOP member has offered to lend an ear to his twisted notions.
His plan is grim, and desperate at best. The goal for this marxist is to use the United States Constitution's 25th Amendment to manipulate the opinions of the President of the United States into suggesting he is somehow mentally unstable and psychological incapable of leading America.
As much of a horrifying suggestion it may be Raskin is serious about the follow through. The 25th Amendment suggests he would need a majority of the President's Cabinet, or 'such other body as Congress may by law provide’ to determine if an Oval Office occupant is unable to carry out his duties.
Even if the Marxist professor turned Congressman could accomplish such a coup d'etat from within he would still need to put it to a full Congressional vote before any action could be taken. That's not stopping him from trying though. He's pushing the narrative hardcore throughout the underground and using the self proclaimed “resistance” to echo his thoughts.
Let's say Raskin could get the cabinet Involved, which is slim to none to begin with, he would then Vice President Mike Pence to agree, which most realize would never happen.
Contrary to the divisive spin the media tries to portray both Mike Pence and Donald J. Trump have an unbreakable bond. Pence loves and respects the President and the President stands by his Vice President with firm and solid roots planted.
The 25th Amendment was first included shortly after John F. Kennedy assassination, but in America's history Congress has never formed any committee to judge a President's mental health.
The marxist Professor and Maryland Democratic Representative Jamie Raskin has another plan, however, that would allow Congress to name it's own commission with the powers to undermine the cabinet and the Vice President by granting them the authority themselves to conclude if President Donald Trump is too mentally unstable to hold office.
Raskin has suggested that Trump, could be removed from office at the end of a long process. So he's drafted what he's called the tool for removal of the President, a new bill to give Congress this uncanny authority.
Raskin's bill will combine the four Republican and Democratic leaders of the House and Senate to each choose a psychiatrist of which they determine and another separate doctor. Then each of those individuals would add a former statesman, such as a retired President or Vice President.
This group of handpicked ten individuals would then theoretically meet and choose an 11th member, who would become the committee's chairman to oversee the process.
After which the House and Senate would officially seat the group and could direct it through a joint resolution to conduct an actual examination of the President’s psychiatric state 'to determine whether the President is incapacitated, either mentally or physically,' according to the Raskin bill.
If by chance the President of the United States refused to participate in the process as the bill dictates, that 'shall be taken into consideration by the commission in reaching a conclusion.'
By invoking the 25th Amendment, this hand picked committee or if the President's cabinet agreed on a conclusion; could then notify Congress in writing that a sitting President is unfit.
Even if such a case were fulfilled via the Raskin bill and 25th Amendment they would still need the Vice President of the United States to agree and he would immediately become 'acting President.'
Historically Presidents have voluntarily transferred their powers to Vice Presidents in times of despair or resignation including when they are put under anesthesia for medical procedures.
It sounds shocking right? It is however exactly what the marxist Professor who is charading as a Congressman intends to accomplish with the Raskin bill. In fact the Raskin bill being passed is even more likely because Congress always looks for a way to give them authority over the President of the United States and even Republicans would most likely enjoy having such power in the future.
Rankin has made it very clear publicly as well that his intent with this newly drafted bill is to directly attack the Trump Administration and force a power shift to remove the President of the United States of America from office.
If Raskin's plan could somehow be fulfilled, the Constitution already holds in it's own words that both houses of Congress would hold a vote within three weeks to make a decision. If two-thirds of the majorities in the House and Senate agreed that the President couldn't carry out his own duties, he would be dismissed without a single vote cast by the American people.
Raskin's plan does face a setback, as Legal scholars and analysts agree on that when the Constitution's framers first drafted a notion for the replacement of a President with an 'inability to discharge the Powers and Duties of the Office,' they weren't talking about aesthetic psychological anguish such as that which President Trump has exhibited by trolling Democrats and the media.
In fact President Trump is well within his rights to say whatever he pleases as per the First Amendment which clearly trumps (no pun intended) the feelings of a distressed Democratic Party that continues to lose relevance and power in America.
When the 25th Amendment was sent to the states across America for ratification back in 1965, the Senate unanimously agreed upon the definition that 'inability' meant that a President was 'unable to make or communicate his decisions' and suffered from a 'mental debility' which could somehow render him as 'unable or unwilling to make any rational decision.'
That definition of historic proportions as you can imagine hasn't stopped two dozen members of the House, all Democrats of course, from signing on officially to cosponsor the Raskin bill to put it up for an official and binding vote.
Many far left leaning liberal Democrats are publicly praising the bill claiming that Congress can remove what they consider as incompetent Presidents in order to drum up support of the Raskin bill.
Raskin recently stated 'I assume every human being is allowed one or two errant and seemingly deranged tweets,' he said. 'The question is whether you have a sustained pattern of behavior that indicates something is seriously wrong.’
I think that America clearly sees that something is seriously wrong with you, Congressman Raskin; and America sees that something is seriously wrong with the sustained pattern of erratic and demented notions coming from the Democratic party.
Remember the Andrew Jackson's of the past, who would likely challenge such threats to the integrity and security of the democratic processes of America to a duel to the death? The legislation you're pushing has many on the right calling for a return to those times.
You people on the left clearly suffer from a mental illness that cannot be cured. A demented and sick psychological problem that likely begins with the cultural marxist academia of Universities across the United States of America that has indoctrinated and brainwashed the left.
Let's not begin to discuss the terms ‘unhinged’ Raskin, when the American people clearly view you and your party as a Communist threat to a Democratically elected government which presides over this glorious nation of liberty and justice and freedom.
