United States CIA And Saudi Arabia Are Essentially Responsible For Creating ISIS: WikiLeaks Reveal

The United States and Saudi Arabia funded the Mujahideen fighters who in turn helped develop ISIS, this is according to some new WikiLeaks emails. Julian Assange the founder of WikiLeaks has made a statement that there’s definitive evidence that the United States CIA is behind the creation of ISIS. The WikiLeaks founder points out to a series of events that took place back in 1979 and consequently led to the fruition of the terror group.

The Saudi Arabian government in collaboration with the United CIA channeled billions of dollars into the creation of Mujahideen militant group. The resources were meant to aid the terror group in fighting the Soviet Union in Afghanistan in what appears to be the continuance of the constant proxy wars of the Soviet Union and the US. Following years of conflict and changes in the terror group, the Mujahideen militant group was later known as ISIS.

In a statement made by Assange, the decisive changes in the relationship between militant Islam, oil, and the world and also the present regional power dynamic is a result of the Iranian revolution, the Saudi Islamic uprising and the Egypt-Israel camp David agreements. Assange also points out that the transnational spread of Islamic fundamentalism and the US-Saudi destabilization of Afghanistan was as a result of the uprising at Mecca which shifted the Saudi Arabia towards Wahhabism.

In a bid to invade the USSR, the CIA and Saudi Arabia funded the terror organization with billions of dollars. The rise of Al-Qaeda and the collapse of the Soviet Union was provoked by the billions of dollars that funded the organization in what was part of the Operation Cyclone. The 1979 events also led to the Islamification which spread to Pakistan this led to a turn of events that saw the execution of Pakistan’s Minister Zulfikar Ali Bhutto after which the US Embassy in Pakistan was burnt into flames. The U.S was also affected adversely since President Jimmy Carter was undermined by the Iranian hostage crisis.

The September 11, 2001 attacks in the United States was caused by the rise of the Al-Qaeda. The U.S. grabbed the opportunity to invade Afghanistan and Iraq and this led to the decade of war that has been going on, this has been the geographical, financial, and the ideological basis for the ISIS.
