California Passes SB54 becomes Sanctuary State Refusing Cooperation with Federal Agencies

California essentially feels as if the State is now its own sovereign entity, taking a defiant stand against the American Constitution and the rule of law in the United States of America.

With the rogue state continuously undermining the Federal Government, it's now taken that approach of inexplicable defiance to entirely new levels with the legislature being passed by the California State Senate to destroy immigration laws that exist on a Federal level.

SB54, the bill which intends to put a limit on communication and sharing of information from California's local and state law enforcement agencies to Federal agencies was passed Saturday morning; having the sole intent of granting Federal criminal illegal aliens immunity from United States Law.

What the bill does is bypass laws at the Federal level, and effectively tells branches of law enforcement in California that they do not have to cooperate with agencies such as United States Customs and Border Protection (CBP), the United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), or even the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) to pass along identifying or potentially incriminating information of illegal aliens.

The new law also states that law enforcement agencies in California may no longer detain illegal alien criminals simply for immigration violations.

Many people forget that the moment an illegal alien crosses the border, for any reason, without the proper documentation; they are <i>Federal Criminals</i>.

With California State Law now being put on the books for outright avoidance of United States Law, is essentially <i>Sedition</i> and indefinitely would also be <i>Obstruction of Justice</i>, which makes the California State Legislature all criminal entities that have committed a form of <i>Treason</i> against America with the intent to <i>Subvert the United States of America through Supersession.</i>

Federal Criminals such as illegal aliens are both <i>Foreign Invaders and Anarchists</i> on the run because the moment they step into the United States they're here illegally making them fugitives from justice and thus anything else they do whilst inside of America is an illegal crime.

It's amazing that California, which touts its economy as some sort of force to be reckoned with, is actually holding more debt than any state of the Union in this great country <a href="http://californiapolicycenter.org/californias-total-state-local-debt-totals-1-3-trillion/">with an estimated $1.7 trillion dollars in debt</a> for the state; which somehow feels as if it can receive Federal Assistance to help feed, house, clothe, and rehabilitate illegal aliens while continuing to break Federal Laws.

This sort of means California views itself as some type of shadow government system.

The new bill which passed the State Senate is also known as the “California Values Act”, with the final version passing the Democratic Majority State Senate by a vote of 27-11.

The bill will now head to Governor Jerry Brown’s desk where he has promised to sign the new proposal.

In order for ICE to even question law enforcement agencies in California about whom they may or may not have in custody that could possibly be illegal, they'll now have to obtain a criminal warrant in order to do so, which will be next to impossible without probable cause.

What this means is, a criminal alien will have to literally kill someone on camera in California before Federal Agencies will even have the opportunity to question the suspect’s immigration status.

It recognizes another law on California's books that protects illegal criminals, knows as the <a href="http://www.catrustact.org/"> “California Trust Act”</a>, which protects immigrant criminals, crime victims, and witnesses; by allegedly allowing them to be able to come forward and cooperate with police without fear of deportation.

California promoted the cultural Marxist TRUST Act as an effort to keep Federal Criminals from being deported who have committed specific crimes such as theft or assault and even a handful of felonies; by saying that those criminals won't be deported under the law.

Stop and think about that for a second. California says that Federal Criminals (illegal aliens are Federal Criminals the moment they enter the United States), can commit even more crimes while they're here illegally, and not worry about deportation.

California once tried using an example case of an Illegal Alien who was involved in a car crash, while driving a car without a license, and being at fault; as some sort of propaganda that she shouldn't be deported.

In those cases, however, you have a woman here in the United States of America illegally, driving a car illegally, putting the lives of Americans at risk; and then telling her it's okay if she crashes into someone's car while breaking multiple laws.

I mean really, how moronic does that sound to defend these criminals? It's outright pathetic.

The author of SB54, State Senate President Pro Tem Kevin de León has since hailed SB54's passage as "a rejection of President Trump's false and cynical portrayal of undocumented residents as a lawless community."

SB54 fully bars law enforcement from detaining a person due to a hold request from ICE or responding to Federal Immigration Enforcement requests for notification about illegals who are incarcerated for other crimes by providing information about that criminal's release date to the Federal Agents unless that's already available publicly.

"Our precious local law enforcement resources will be squandered if police are pulled from their duties to arrest otherwise law-abiding maids, busboys, labors, mothers and fathers," said de León in a statement.

They mention mothers and fathers, who are already illegal federal criminal aliens, but they don't bother mentioning legal American citizens who are put at risk by those criminals even being free in America.

One of the opposition leaders to the bill, Republican State Senator Jeff Stone, from southwest Riverside County, argued on the floor that “while some undocumented workers don't commit crimes and play a vital role in California, that's not what SB54 addresses.”

"We're prohibiting local and state unfettered communications with federal authorities in getting many dangerous and violent felons out of our communities," Stone said.

He said, “The latest amendments to the bill don't cover other serious crimes such as human trafficking, child abuse and assault with a deadly weapon.”

California has gone rogue America, and in its defiance to the President of the United States of America and the United States Government and Constitution; Commiefornia has put us all at risk.

Something has to be done to reclaim California from the grips of its Communist leadership or check the state back into its role as part of our Union.
