This is one of those stories that should absolutely infuriate everyone.
Back in 2008 Christopher Mirasolo, of Brown City, Michigan committed a brutal child rape, but the Judge in that case only convicted Mirasolo of third-degree criminal sexual conduct and he was sentenced to one year in jail, but only served six and half months before his release which is outrageous.
Later in 2010 Marisolo offended get again where he raped a child between the ages of 13 and 15, and he served four years in prison.
The victim of the first crime, said through her attorney Rebecca Kiessling, that became pregnant after that rape and decided to keep the child and raise it due to her firm stance against abortion.
This brave rape survivor has been through tragedy and mental suffering unlike that of which anyone could possibly understand.
Yet she has triumphed and made progress raising her child sheltering it from the heinous actions of the father.
She says that not only did Mirasolo forcefully rape her, but he threatened to kill her as well.
Now however Mirasolo has attempted to seek custody of his child.
Most of us would think there would be no chance in hell a two time convicted child rapist would ever be able to have that right, however the insanity of the American Judicial system has proven us wrong.
Judge Gregory S. Ross, clearly a cultural marxist who is undeserving of the bench and robes, actually granted joint custody of the child to Mirasolo.
Rebecca Kiesling, Attorney for the second victim who is now 21 years old and is absolutely devastated and in complete shock let the court know how her client feels.
“This is insane,” said Miss Kiessling, who filed her own objections on Friday in the courts. “Nothing has been right about this since it was originally investigated.”
Her attorney condemned Marisolo saying, “He was never properly charged and should still be sitting behind bars somewhere, but the system is victimising my client, who was a child herself when this all happened.”
Kiessling explained to the court the circumstances of Marisolo’s history as a pedophile, but the Judge still granted the disgusting convict joint custody.
“She, her 13-year-old sister and a friend all slipped out of their house one night to meet a boy and the boy’s older friend, Mirasolo, showed up and asked if they wanted to go for a ride,” said Kiessling.
“They thought they were going to McDonald’s or somewhere,” suggesting that Marisolo manipulated the young children's minds.
“Instead, he tossed their cellphones away, drove to Detroit where he stole gas from a station and then drove back to Sanilac County, where he kept them captive for two days in a vacant house near a relative, finally releasing the older sister in a park. He threatened to kill them if they told anyone what happened.”
Mirasolo was somehow able to avoid several convictions in that case, where he should have been charged with several counts of kidnapping, robbery, and child rape.
As of the victim hadn't suffered enough, now Marisolo has been given victim’s address and his name added to the birth certificate, without the victim’s consent, and joint custody of a child of the woman he raped.
Clown world isn't enough the proper term to describe this. It's sick.
Barbara Yockey, Mirasolo’s attorney, said that at this time she's unsure of what the future relationship between her client and the 8-year-old boy will be.
One can only hope that a higher court not only strips this Judge of his robes but ends this absolute madness defending pedophiles and convicted criminals.
This is the type of story that tells me America needs a civil war to cleanse the filth that has corrupted our Judicial System and Elected Offices.
This really, really pisses me off. Excuse the foul language folks but we're talking about a two time convicted pedophile being granted custody of the child in which he raped the victim to get her pregnant.
Then the judge, without a single hearing or the victim’s consent gave the convicted pedophile the name and address of the victim and the child.
Just… Wew.
Just what the hell is wrong with this country?
