"God's Programmer" Terry Davis, is still on the run. Not only that, as recently as this morning/afternoon he was livestreaming from the Kia van he has been living in. Terry Davis has been a cult figure in the programming community for years, but his schizophrenia and rants made him an easy target for YouTubers like Mr. Metokur, who featured Terry in his "Internet Insanity" series.

Terry has repeatedly expressed his paranoia regarding the CIA (who he believes were trying to recruit him). Currently, he is most likely still parked in his van. Since falling out of the van and possibly breaking his collar bone. For the past day and a half, his breathing was labored and at one point he complained about "seeing stars."

Sadly, he is unlikely to seek help if he's concerned about the legal troubles. A charge for "gross lewdness" is likely related to a video he sent of him bathing in a pond with ducks to an unrequited object of infatuation. After that was a charge of battery/domestic violence. Chances are this was his father, who he had been living with. Some have claimed it was his father who posted bail, so there is a possibility the battery charge was based on a disturbance call by neighbors. When police are called for domestic violence, protocol is someone has to go to jail even if the assaultee doesn't want to press charges.

Earlier today he was streaming, said something about "going to get a soda." I heard voices from outside in the stream, the van door closes and shortly after that the livestream died. After that, for several minutes, the site itself was entirely unavailable (consistent with a DDoS attack). As for now, the stream is still down.
So far, The Goldwater is the only publication following this case, but there are 8chan threads at /pol/ and /tech/ that are also following the story closely.
How could the lewdness charge be from the recent video when he's sent many photos and videos to her over the past year and the arrest was on Sept 20?
