In Northern Little Rock, Arkansas a school district is in complete shock after one of their own employees is now facing sexual assault allegations against young children who are pupils in the district.
27-year-old George Edwin Haney is an employee with the Pulaski County Youth Services and the Little Rock School District as a substitute teacher, who the North Little Rock Police Department says is also a vicious pedophile.
Law enforcement says they approached Haney’s vehicle as it was parked in the Pike View Elementary School parking lot at around 11:30 PM.
According to the arrest disposition report, the officer noticed a white Chevrolet Malibu with the windows fogged up.
As one of the officers shined his flashlight towards the car to see who was inside, a young boy popped up from Haney’s crotch, apparently in the process of performing oral sex on Haney, as Haney had his pants down.
The teen was wearing boxers and began clothing himself when the officer opened the back door.
The child was a boy only 14-years-old and told the police department that Haney forced him into the car and demanded he performs oral sex on him.
He said that Haney then allegedly forced him to have anal and oral sex.
Haney told law enforcement that he believed the young child was 19-years-old and that the sexual relations were consensual.
Haney was taken into custody by police in two counts of child rape and will have a court date later this month.
The Pulaski County Youth Services released the following statement about Haney’s arrest:
<blockquote>”We’re now focused on the kids in our programs and providing them with the best services that our Youth Services Department has to offer.”</blockquote>
<blockquote>” • The employee has been terminated from Pulaski County Youth Services (effective yesterday, Nov. 14 ).”</blockquote>
<blockquote>” • Parents of children in the afterschool program have been notified.”</blockquote>
<blockquote>” • We will identify and notify parents of youth who participated in the summer and afterschool program since the employee was hired.”</blockquote>
<blockquote>” • Crisis intervention counselors will be onsite to speak with the kids. Youth Home is providing this service.”</blockquote>
<blockquote>” • Pulaski County Youth Services Director, Jamie Scott will act as director of our after-school program until further notice.”</blockquote>
<blockquote>” Pulaski County conducts background checks for criminal, adult maltreatment, child maltreatment and the sex offender registry for those who seek employment with Pulaski County Youth Services. The employee passed the background checks.”</blockquote>
The Little Rock School District was also in shock, and sent all of their students home early on Tuesday due to the arrest of Haney; including the following memo to parents:

Currently, Haney is being incarcerated in the Pulaski County Jail where he's held on a $500,000.00 bond.
