A 43-year-old woman who was high on drugs and booze offered her boyfriend a threesome together with a girlfriend of her. To her astonishment, he refused, after which she got into a fit of rage during which she…. auch… bit off his balls.
Ms Nunzia Del Viscio, from Edinburgh, Scotland, claimed that she was acting in self-defence but was found guilty of assaulting 44-year-old Mr Marcello Palma, at his home in the city.
Edinburgh’s Sheriff Court heard about the bizarre case. They were told by police that Mr Palma had called 999 and when police arrived they found Ms Del Viscio outside the flat with blood on her teeth and face.
Ms Del Viscio admitted to having drunk a lot of vodka and taken ‘a great number’ of drugs in a nightclub toilet earlier that night. Mr Palma explained to the court that they all went back to his flat with another woman and another man.
Mr Palma explained: “We were happy to be together. We went back to the flat to keep the night going.”
The men decided to have sex with each other’s respective girlfriend.
But around 4am that morning, Ms Del Viscio came into his bedroom naked, jumped on the bed and declared she now wanted a threesome. Mr Palma refused, at which point she started screaming that she wanted a threesome.
Ms Del Viscio then started “destroying my flat, at which point I told her to leave. We were insulting each other, and she came against me and bit my left testicle.”
“I threw two or three punches and had a finger in her eye to push her away. She drew her head back and my testicle came out.”
Luckily for Mr Palma, paramedics at the local hospital were able to re-attach his balls afterwards.
