Georgia Manhunt for Two Black Thugs Who Robbed, Killed White Female Wine Manager Execution-Style

Family and friends are still mourning the loss of 29-year-old Chelsea Beller; who was the manager on duty at the Barcelona Wine Bar when three bloodthirsty animals came into the establishment armed with handguns demanding cash, only to cut her young life short over money they were too pathetic to work to acquire.

The Barcelona Wine Bar, on Howell Mill Road outside of Atlanta, Georgia; is known as a friendly and spirited establishment, according to patrons and the employees.

The business has never been a source of violence, or criminal activity, and most of the customers and the staff treat one another as if they're all one large family.

That's one of the reasons that the community surrounding the Barcelona Wine Bar, including staff, family, neighboring establishments, and friends who gathered at the business for holidays and events were all left devastated after their beloved manager Chelsea Beller had her entire future ripped from her at the hands of three vicious thugs last month.

According to police Chelsea Beller was closing the store with her crew as she does daily, when three Black males broke the lock on the back door and came inside the business with guns drawn at Beller.

The three determined robbers then tied up all the store’s employees with duct tape, which could be seen on the security footage from within the Barcelona.

They would then demand Beller hand over all of her cash, to which she replied that she had already placed inside the company safe, according to<a href="http://www.wsbtv.com/news/local/atlanta/police-make-arrest-in-deadly-barcelona-wine-bar-robbery/668204356"> WSBT</a>.

They forced Beller upstairs to open the safe, and after she gave them what they demanded they proceeded to tie her up as well, only to shoot her from behind as they fled the crime scene like the cold-blooded beasts that they were.

After the criminals made their escape, the other employees called 911 for Emergency Medical Responders to rush to the scene.

Once inside the Barcelona EMTs were disturbed to find Beller in a pool of blood and immediately transported her to a nearby hospital to attempt to save her life.

Despite their best efforts to save the young woman, upon arrival she was pronounced dead.

For a month Police had sought the three ravenous killers who were seen in the security footage, and were beginning to worry they'd never receive any tips or leads that could identify Chelsea's killers.

“Investigators are diligently following up on leads on this case,” Police Spokeswoman Lisa Bender said. “There have been no arrests.”

Soon thereafter Police would release the security footage into social media, which they hoped would be the guiding light to help identify and apprehend the suspects.

Near the scene of the crime, the Police would later discover a hooded sweatshirt that was torn on razor wire and covered in blood that they believe belonged to one of the suspects who were trying to escape.

Investigators said they believe at least one of the killers may have suffered serious cuts from a razor wire fence after leaving the scene in a carjacked vehicle.

They then sent the blood evidence to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation lab for DNA analysis, and were fortunate enough to receive a match.

21-year-old Samuel Ott, an already convicted felon whose DNA was on file with the State of Georgia, was taken into custody.

He has been charged with felony murder, aggravated assault, kidnapping, and false imprisonment; and now is in the custody of the Fulton County Jail until trial.

Ott has denied any involvement and is refusing to cooperate with police, which once again has police turning to the community for answers.

"I think it's important for us all to acknowledge that this isn't Atlanta. This isn't the Wild Wild West," Beller's friend Tyler Walters said.

"She was the salt of the earth. She was the type of person that had a genuine sense of caring," Walters said. “She loved coming to work. She loved what she did. It was just a place that she felt happy, and she enjoyed what she did."

In cooperation with law enforcement, the Barcelona Wine Bar first increased the reward from $7,000 to a $20,000 reward, and now it's been increased yet again to $38,000 after the community raised the funds to hopefully encourage someone to direct police towards the arrests of the other men involved.

The Barcelona Wine Bar Manager sent the following statement:

“We are thankful to hear that an arrest has been made in the senseless murder of Chelsea Beller. We commend the Atlanta Police Department and their investigative team for their relentless pursuit of justice in this case. We continue to support them in their ongoing pursuit of the others involved. We thank Crime Stoppers for being an integral part of this investigation as well. With a reward now at $38,000 we are confident that anyone with information related to this incident will come forward to further assist the police department so that the other criminals involved can be captured.”

The Atlanta Police Department issued a statement asking for more information on the two other suspects, saying:

<blockquote>“No crime against our citizens, anywhere in the city, is acceptable. But the robbery and murder of an innocent restaurant manager doing her job is a terrible crime that has shocked even the most jaded among us here at APD.”</blockquote>

<blockquote>"We have made fighting violent crime our priority, and this incident underscores that our work is never done. Our investigators are working diligently to find those responsible for this crime. We will continue to focus our efforts on identifying and apprehending violent repeat offenders who prey on innocent people. These crimes are unacceptable, and we will not rest in our pursuit of shutting down these violent criminals.”</blockquote>

If you're in the area surrounding the Barcelona, please check the video and the images in the tweets above and see if you recognize any of the suspects involved in the robbery and homicide. If you do, you're being urged to contact Police through<a href="http://www.crimestoppersatlanta.org/"> Crime Stoppers Atlanta</a>.

We live in Greater Metro-Atlanta and yes it has a Rap Hip-Hop generated Gangsta want-a-be thug culture here.

OTT's former home base of Lake Point Drive, Stone Mountain is a breeding ground for thug problems. Plus some of his Prior Arrests generated some leads like a Ms. Treyquan T. T__
