Yes, 30-year-old Caroline Biden used someone else’s credit card to open a customer account at C.O. Bigelow Apothecaries in the West Village and spent just that amount until she was caught.
The trouble-prone niece has now paid back the $110,000 she spent (although we assume daddy could have paid it back for her).

Miss Caroline Biden appeared in court yesterday to check in with Justice Mr Kevin McGrath to discuss the status of her community service and restitution, a part of the plea deal her lawyer struck last summer to settle her accusations of grand and petty larceny.
Assistant District Attorney Alona Katz told McGrath in conclusion that “restitution has already been paid off.”
Miss Biden is also about to finish her community service.
