Pediatrician Pays Parents to Film Children for Child Porn Ring

Absolutely shocking news to report coming out of New York where a disgusting pedophile Pediatrician was raided by Homeland Security in a scheme to film his child patients then share the child pornography on the internet as part of a child porn website in which the federal agency was investigating.

To add insult to injury, it's now alleged that several of the children's parents accepted payment from 69-year-old Dr. David Blasczak for his sickening obsession with young boys and girls.

Dr. David Blasczak is a Pediatrician who is employed through the Finger Lakes Health Network which has its headquarters located on 196 North Street in Geneva, New York, according to the<a href="https://www.flhealth.org/services/surgery/orthopaedics"> official website </a>for the practice.

The disgusting, pedophile Doctor physically practices on children at a personal family medical center known as the Clyde Family Health Center in Clyde, New York.

Federal Prosecutors say that the Department of Homeland Security were engaged in a deep cover operation to infiltrate a child pornography distribution website located in India. That unnamed website used a password-protected system that pedophiles could "securely" pay to view or share the illicit images of young children.

U.S. Attorney James P. Kennedy Jr. Stated that the investigation was ongoing for several years, with Homeland Security Investigations agents in Phoenix, Arizona has begun to look into a "password-protected, fee-based website that was selling compressed files of child pornography."

As part of that investigation by Homeland Security, in May of 2017 HSI agents determined that a separate payment processor company was used to make the transactions, which led to a search warrant of those sales records to track the pedophiles.

In September, HSI agents discovered that Blasczak had made several purchases between 2015 and 2017.

Dr. David Blasczak was found to have made ten purchases of child pornography at a rate of $100 a file, with each of the files having multiple compressed images of child rapes inside them.

Homeland Security Investigations Deputy Special Agent in Charge Matthew Scarpino outlined the case in a press conference telling local media about the shocking case against the pedophile who was trusted to be around innocent children.

After this discovery, federal agents then obtained a search warrant to execute at both office locations and also the home of Dr. David Blasczak in Newark.

Inside of Dr. Blasczak's home, HSI agents would confiscate several laptop computers, cameras and video recording equipment, numerous external hard drives, desktop computers, mobile devices, MicroSD cards, and a few thumb drives according to the<a href="https://www.democratandchronicle.com/story/news/2018/01/18/wayne-county-doctor-david-blasczak-rochester-general-hospital-child-pornography-newark-wayne/1045841001/"> Democrat and Chronicle</a>.

One of the thumb drives recovered had thousands of images and videos of tiny children being raped in horrific scenes.

Court documents show that during an interrogation process, Blasczak admitted to federal investigators that he not only purchased the images and videos depicting prepubescent children being forcefully raped by adults but that the Doctor told the agents he also had photographed many of his child patients.

He specifically admitted to being the "sole user and user of the email account associated with the receipt of child pornography through," according to court documents.

Dr. Blasczak told investigators that he often paid the parents of small children to allow him to film their genitalia, but told the parents that the images and videos were for "medical research," an absolutely horrendous scheme concocted by this vile and despicable creature.

At least eight occasions occurred where Dr. Blasczak paid the parents of this young patients, telling the parents that he was "conducting his own independent research about child sex abuse," Kennedy said. "He admitted that the research wasn't sanctioned by any hospital, university, or other medical organization. He claimed that he took the images for teaching purposes, but he further admitted that he kept the images for his own gratification."

Confirming to police in his own words that the children were "prepubescent", Blasczak stated that he's attracted to children between the ages of 5-years-old and 10-years old.

According to US Attorney Kennedy, Blasczak also admitted to masturbating to the images and videos, in an absolutely horrific admission of guilt.

The Special-Agent-in-Charge of the Buffalo branch for Homeland Security Investigations, Matthew Scarpino said child exploitation is one of HSI's "highest priorities," and as The Goldwater often reports both HSI and ICE alongside the DOJ are actively engaged in bringing down these animals all across America.

Deb Rosen, Executive Director of the Bivona Child Advocacy Center, said, "These findings come on the heels of a national scandal related to sexual abuse perpetrated by a doctor in the U.S. gymnastics organization and I think at no time has this country been more conscious of the threats to children's safety, particularly those perpetrated by trusted members of the community."

Several patients of Dr. David Blasczak are also stunned and worried now for their own children.

"When I heard child porn and it really jumped out at me and I saw his face and I said 'oh my God no. Not my own doctor,'" said patient Sharon Shoemaker.

Shoemaker said she 2ws at Clyde Family Health Center just yesterday to see the man she called "her family's trusted longtime doctor," and she's emotional about the matter due to uncertainty as to how many victims there could actually be.

"I thought he was always nice because he took care of my son when he had hernias," she said. "And he took care of me when I had seizures and everything, and now I can't say nothing good about him."

Finger Lakes Health says that a Dr. Grace Freier, a pediatrician, and Michelle Durham, a certified Family Nurse Practitioner, will be "seeking Blasczak's patients" to treat them at their offices, according to<a href="http://www.whec.com/news/pediatrician-nurse-practitioner-to-take-over-arrested-clyde-doctors-office/4760393/"> Local WHEC</a>.

I find that laughable because if my child were abused by anyone at that office I'd probably blame everyone employed through the practice as well as file a major lawsuit. I'd definitely not <i>continue to send my children there</i>, which makes me think these people who think parents will do so are suffering from some kind of mental illness themselves.

Federal Prosecutors also say Dr. Blasczak has now confessed to touching and photographing young girls at sleepovers for his daughters, all throughout their childhood.

Dr. Blasczak is currently only able to be charged for trafficking in online child pornography, which is why it's crucial victims come forward who are willing to speak about the abuse so more charges can be brought against this evil man.

He's currently behind bars and is scheduled for his next hearing on February 2nd at 9:30 AM.

Due to the fact that Dr. David Blasczak worked with young children, there's an incredibly high chance that there are other victims who were not yet discovered, and authorities are asking any parent of any child who's ever visited Blasczak to contact them.
