An undercover investigation by a female journalist in Wales has shown that offering a ‘friends with benefits’ arrangements has now hit rental agreements in the UK when she was offered a rent-free apartment in exchange for a weekly ‘shag’.

'Rent for sex' is a new phenomenon which is sweeping areas such as Wales (southern UK) where landlords will offer reduced or free rent in return for ‘another form of payment’ or ‘special arrangements’. These men often list their properties on Craigslist whilst advertising clearly that they are 'rent free' for an 'alternative payment'.
Some 250,000 women in the UK claim they have been offered free rent in exchange for sexual favors in the past five years. Furthermore, according to a YouGov poll, some 190,000 lone female tenants claim they have been propositioned the same by prospective landlords in 2017 alone.
The ITV Wales' programme ‘Ein Byd’ (Welsh is a form of English slang) responded to one of these ads and caught a landlord offering the arrangement.
The man offered young Miss Sian Thomas a one-bedroom annex in exchange for sex once a week. The man can be heard saying: “I don't want to suggest anything that makes you run a mile but I want to help you out.”
“I don't know if you have heard of a sort of a friends with benefits sort of arrangement.”

If its consensual its all good. Its like prostitution without the pimp and the woman gets a place to stay. Some of these women will pick up a random guy at a pub just for sex and they only get the possibility of enjoyment, and maybe the night stay. Unless hes a jerk and boots her immediately after hes done.
We hear it all the time from Liberals.

So whats the problem?
IF the Female wants to use her "ASSets" and save 500 to 750 "£", or "€" a month for something she might even remotely enjoy?
The arrangement I saw used at 10 unit duplex I lived in, involved a real monthly dinner date, movie or other entertainment, followed by sometimes a sleep over. The Male Mgr. was in his 30's and very acceptable according to the women's gossip.
