The media has been full this week about how President Trump is reportedly upset with his Communications Director, Miss Hope Hicks, after it became known she had a short-lived romantic affair with Mr Rob Porter (a White House aide who has by now resigned amid domestic abuse accusations).
However, President Trump is known for standing by loyal employees, and so yesterday he released a statement released through a spokesman confirming his support for Miss Hicks. The press release read: “Hope is absolutely fantastic.”

Though the mainstream media has been full of speculation about how Mr Trump will soon ask Miss Hicks to leave, the White House administration continued to lavish praise on her, with even Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin chiming in, when he said: “I have been impressed with Hope since I started working with her on the campaign.”

The 29-year-old former model Ms. Hicks brought her aggressive corporate-world training as her baggage to the world of politics and has clearly earned Mr. Trump’s trust during the campaign and his first year in office. She is mostly seen as being close to Mr Trump’s daughter Ivanka and White House Spokesman Sarah Huckabee Sanders
