Fiery and controversial Fox News host Laura Ingraham compared liberals with herpes in her rabble-rousing speech to the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) on Friday. She said: “Liberals are kind of like herpes because just when you think you have it beat, they come back again!”

Ingraham was actually paraphrasing actor Tim Allen’s barb first aimed at the Clintons.
Ingraham told her captive, sizeable audience in National Harbor. Md., just outside Washington, how she thought of comparing the liberals with the disease. She shared: “ A friend of mine, who happens to be a religious figure, said ‘Laura you’re talking to CPAC people, you guys got to have a good time, you’ve got to laugh.”
The host who recently got into a media word war with NBA superstar LeBron James added: “Remember what Tim Allen once said about the Clintons’… I couldn’t remember the line. He said, ‘Well you could apply it to liberals in general.’ Liberals are kind of like herpes. Just when you think you have it beat, they come back again.”
Ingraham was quick to clarify, however, that: “They’re not mad because they’re winning on the Left. They are infuriated because they’re losing.”
The Fox News host also told her audience, especially those much younger than her that a couple of decades from now, people might get a better appreciation of Trump and his administration. She said: “Maybe 25 years from now when a lot of you are my age, you’re going to hear about how good things were in 2016 and the next four years. And how maybe some new upstart who is running against the establishment is not as optimistic or positive as Donald Trump was.”
Ingraham even predicted that one day today’s Republican grassroots movement will be referred to as “the good old days.” She even compared it to the time of one of the most well-loved and famous Republicans and former President Ronald Reagan. She said: “These are the good old days because the way it is today, even with all the rancor and the resistance… these are the ways it was in the ‘80s.”

Ingraham has always been a fervent conservative since her student days and was also one of the earliest and most devoted supporters of Trump. Many consider her as a “conservative rock star.”

She also warned young activists to focus more on advancing conservative ideas through policy reforms instead of being consumed by the need to “tear down the Left.”
Ingraham also boasted that there’s much reason to celebrate with Trump in the White House and accomplishing things, and GOP’s holding the Senate and the House as well. She gave the vibrant piece of advice especially for young conservatives: “Smile. Life is very good.”

Every body has a bit a liberal leaning on some issue or another, that is called progress.
But I honestly think and feel what the FAR LEFT has labeled itself as Liberal, to cover the fact they are really a Global-Socialist movement.
In reviewing the Democrat party efforts over the last 30+/- years.
I cannot not see where, what we also refer to as the America Political Party called Democrats, has wished any good for America or its continued success.
A better name would be the Anti-US Party or the Global-Socialist Party.
dang Laura! nice one :P
